昨晚我筋疲力尽地抵达天使酒店，满心期待着能在一个干净舒适的房间里洗去一天的疲惫。然而，迎接我的却是一次极其令人失望和不适的体验。 首先，房间完全没有空调，闷热难耐。更糟糕的是，当我查看浴室时，情况更加糟糕。浴室简直令人无法接受，到处都是霉斑，脏兮兮的，更糟糕​​的是，所谓的“干净”毛巾上竟然还有头发。当你又累又脏的时候，对酒店的最低要求就是提供一个干净的洗漱场所。而这里连这个都做不到。 第二天早上的早餐也丝毫没有挽救这次糟糕的住宿体验。菜单上的菜品与实际供应的完全不符，他们把薯饼换成了炒土豆。炒土豆应该出现在晚餐的盘子里，而不是像早餐那样寡淡无味！ 从缺乏基本的清洁、缺少必要的设施到糟糕的早餐，这次住宿简直是一场灾难。我绝不会再来这家酒店。

关于这家酒店，有几点要说。 1）房间没有空调——请注意。我入住时房间温度可能高达40度。我设法打开了窗户，但只能打开一条缝，房间里有个风扇，勉强能用。但非常不舒服。 2）隐性收费——除了房费，他们还要额外收取7.5英镑的停车费。真是烦人！应该把所有费用都包含在房费里，做到100%透明。 除此之外，酒店整体还算干净，但老建筑难免有些瑕疵。员工很有礼貌。

我们刚从您美丽的酒店度过了一个周末假期回来。我们一家人出行，年龄从1岁到85岁不等！一切都无可挑剔。所有员工都非常棒，第一晚在酒店享用的晚餐非常美味，自助早餐的选择也很多！ 我们1岁的孙子在温暖的泳池里玩得非常开心！工作人员对他的照顾也非常好！ 我们一定会再来的！

Bar menu review. Rude bar staff. Possibly the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Problem was finding the minuscule amount of fish in the rock hard batter. Not cheap and no check back from the aforementioned bar staff. Edit...Thank you Jonathan for your gracious reply and although I will have to sadly stand by my review I am sympathetic to the difficulties of running a business like yours having done so myself for many years, Part of the problem I feel is the two tier customer service that seems to occur when the menu changes from the bar food menu to the restaurant menu at 6pm, Ordering drinks a quarter of an hour before 6pm I was bluntly informed by the bar staff that food and drink were to be obtained from the bar.. so this I did... And yet at ten to 6pm two people arrived sitting at a table two tables down from me and were instantly given table service by the very same bar staff! this unfortunately didn't improve my mood.... anyway thank you once again for your reply.
