我们预订这家酒店只是为了中转停留一晚。 酒店干净整洁，离市中心很近，吃饭也很方便。 缺点是房间比较小，但考虑到价格低廉，也算合理。我选了一间没有窗户的房间，这让房间感觉更加拥挤。 浴室干净舒适。 物有所值。

The staff were great and helpful. I left my laptop charger, but the staff helped me get it back in a short amount of time. The location is OK, but there is a lot of music around the area at night. The room was a bit small but clean and well maintained by the kind staff.

Aircond turn off every 1 hour and cadar tak tukar kalau stay semingu bau la tahi ,mereka tak housekeeping bilik.

The TV is not working. The staff said due to the bad weather but it was good weather entire day.

noisy neighborhood and in the middle of the night, my next room neighbor make noises. they were shouting, quarreling and arguing. I didn't get a get night sleep. definitely not my choice for future.

The stay was actually just okay. The room smells musty. And the karaoke sound from nearby building is too load till couldn’t sleep well.

Just good and soon will stay there again

Very poor services.. Everything need to do by yourself.. Examples sejadah prayer need to collect at reception counter

Hope the staff can improve their service, not friendly. Free parking is nonsense (get your parking ticket at counter nearby). But, the accommodation nice and exactly same in the picture provided

2 times I came to Labuan and booking same hotel. Why? because the hotel is clean & comfortable. Next time I visit Labuan and will booking the same hotel too.

Hotel ok bersih dan kemas. Cuma sayangnya tiada meja solek, tiada lift penat sikit nak naik tangga. Dan tiada seterika. Kalau ada semua tu saya bagi 5 bintang.

The room was a bit small and loud cause its near to the bar/karaoke shop next door.

Great hotel with very strategic location located in town area. Comfortable, clean, affordable and best service from the staff. Just a reminder that they will request RM100 deposit upon check in. This is a smoke free hotel. 😍

Receptionist cakap kasar dan kurang sopan.

Bilik bersih dan sangat selesa walaupun menaiki tangga. Polisi hotel yang melarang tetamu merokok amat baik dan hotel tidak berbau rokok. Terbaik untuk keluarga yang membawa anak-anak untuk bercuti.

Bad policy hotel. Rude management and bad attitude. Extra charge , just for dirty blanket that I have use. Hardly not recommend this hotel. Please boycott.
