Got a bad experience with the security guard who seemed very rude when asked where to park my car. He was very unprofessional. He should learn how to deal with guests even if he's under pressure. The whole experience was good, though. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the room was clean, and it's very accessible.

The staff was very nice and hotel rooms are clean. I had a standard room but it felt like deluxe due to the nice bed, spacious room and functioning mini-ref. Buffet breakfast was good, but I would recommend to widen their meal choices. Only 1 feedback on a staff where I asked for a coffee during breakfast but she rather served the other table. Overall hotel is great and well-maintained.

We arrived at the hotel at 6 am and they allowed us to check-in early. It was very convenient because we are traveling with our baby. They also allowed us to check-out late until 1 pm, which we find very considerate. Thank you and we will surely be back in Planta Centro for our next business trip Bacolod.

The working table is great. Breakfast is superb I love it so much. I don't like the smell of the comfort room it's bad and they have the worst internet service!

Bad internet connection. The CR door has no lock. Complicated TV set up. No complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping did not made up my room. Though they granted my late check-out request.

The overall was Average... Except for the Meal. Expensive breakfast not worth it for 290.00 pesos Breakfast only 1 juice and coffee for beverage and the rest.. Nothing new or special with the food.. Preservative and oily hotdogs and deep fried fish fillet full of oils.. Swimming pool cannot swim too many activities.. good for conferences and nice building appearance newly renovated and clean and nice staffs.. But average hotel.
