Staff were attentive, always greeting when leaving and returning to hotel. Rooms were clean. Only downside was not facility in room for tea/coffee. Overall great stay

Super dejligt hotel. Dejlige værelser. Lækker morgenmad. Stor ros til hotellet. Nabo kvarteret bære præg af, at det er lidt forsømt område. Vi tog bare et løbehjul hjem om aftenen. Ikke noget problem. Ville helt klart vælge dette hotel igen

Less choice at breakfast

Clean and pleasant hotel and room, well decorated and modern. Air conditioning struggled but we were on the top floor and it was 32 degrees so that might explain it. Staff were great and breakfast very good. Location is good for Ferry and train but area around hotel is run down and dirty and not very nice to walk through at night which is a shame.

The staff arranged a transfer from the airport which was great. There was air-conditioning in the suite and we had a private balcony/patio with sun loungers. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. On check out they also booked a taxi to get us to the cruise port. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Palacio Sagar overnight and got to experience Naples for the first time. While the hotel was located in a not such great looking area, it was with 15-20 min from the airport and walking distance to the center where we could find shops and restaurants, etc. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything that we needed for an overnight stay. We had an early flight back to the US the next day and while their breakfast area was not open at the time, the staff was kind enough to make us a to go bag, which was quite helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels geht nicht besser. Fähren, ÖPNV und Bahnhof fussläufig erreichbar!! Frühstück ist OK !!! Personal sehr zuvorkommend…

Super hotel med et fantastisk personale. Personalet sørgede hurtigt for at vores ønsker til værelset blev imødekommet. Mens vi ventede fik vi serveret vin og snacks på hotellets regning. De efterfølgende dage blev der sat små gaver til os (frisk frugt, kage, vin). Hver dag hilste personalet venligt og spurgte om vi var tilfreds med hotellet. Vi følte os som GÆSTER. Hotellet ligger tæt på metrostation, shopping, den historiske bydel.

Chambre avec salle de bains sales et mobilier et sanitaires abimés. Le hall d’entrée n’est pas accueillant.
