Very well appointed hotel, friendly staff, free car parking abd only a stones throw from Peasholme Park and the North Bay. Stayed here 3 times now and will definitely be returning.

I stayed here to go to the Alanis Morissette concert and was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. They were playing Alanis music in the bar which I thought was a nice touch so you could get in the mood. I ordered food in the bar which was delicious, the staff were all really lovely and made my first solo trip less daunting. The room was nice and clean and had everything you needed. Hotel was very close to the open air theatre so I couldn’t fault it. Will be returning when I pick my next concert!.

Happy with the pool. Shower was difficult to get to the right temperature though.

Didn’t expect much based on the price I paid, but was pleasantly surprised. A really nice location near Peasholme Park. There is a small car park which was full, but adequate free on street parking. The receptionist was polite and helpful. I booked a single room but it had a double bed which was very comfortable. The room wasn’t massive but certainly met my needs. TV in room, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy towels and free toiletries, the WiFi was also very good (and free). The room had a lovely view over the sea. Can’t fault the hotel st all. Can’t comment on restaurant as I didn’t eat in. Would stay here again

A great place to stay with great facilities and on a convenient location

Jacuzzi was out of order and pool cold due to broken pump. No complimentary breakfast or discount was given. Very disappointed as only booked that hotel over others for facilities and they were unavailable. 30 minute walk to get to the main attractions

Great location, fab pool and jacuzzi, sadly steam room not open. Wonderful games room. Quality breakfast and to end the stay the best afternoon tea 'sunday roast style'. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and happy to help food nice too

The hotel is very much as described ,very clean, the single room was quite small but useable.Food ok cooked to order. The only reservation which is worthy of note for those guests with a disability is the distance from the small car park to the rooms. Parking is limited but free parking on road outside. Only problem here is that the hotel is built on a hill and would be extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues to access easily if not by a car.Two disabled places and approx 15 standard spaces for cars. Non are reservable. Didn't use the leisure facilities but these looked ok.

The hotel has all needed for a comfortable time off

The amenities were good. Service was amazing. staff were polite. Down point was size of the room.

Just spent 2 nights at the park manor hotel . Nice quiet, very clean nice staff and a beautiful little park opposite well worth a visit 👍

Perfect Bed and breakfast for a stop over offering everything you need

Really nice hotel. The staff member i met was helpful. I had a small single room which had everything i needed for my short stay. It was clean and looked well maintained. I didn't have any meals there but the dining rooms looked clean and well decorated. I would stay again.
