The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside. The room is clean and tidy. Spacious enough for a person or two. The air conditioning is good as well. There was a problem with my wash basin but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix it when I am out. There is a balcony in room but the view from there was poor. The breakfast provided is nice, not many choices but good. Just be aware that the reception is not opened 24 hours which might cause you some inconvenience at times.

Breakfast… pretty standard. Didn’t change at all in 4 days. To die for was the orange cake though. Staff very helpful. Would assist however they could. Great location 50 meters from waterfront & lots of great restaurants.

The staff at Murella Living were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rainfall shower in our room wasn't working, but they ensured that their maintenance team had that sorted on the same day. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely - though get there early if you want an outdoor terrace spot! My wife's only complaint was lighting near the big mirror in the room for make-up and hairstyling (no plug socket close by). Otherwise a convenient spot for touring north Gozo.

The breakfast was really good, and we where very welcoming by the staff. The aircontion kept us warm because the weather was a bit cold.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff and a very extensive breakfast. Special thanks to Anais and the front desk lady(sorry didn’t get your name). Close to the main harbour and plenty of restaurants and stores also.

Very enjoyable stay. Great location around 100m from the sea with easy access to other places by the bus stop down the road. Great breakfast options. Only downside we had was construction ongoing across the road which was loud during the day, but didn't start until after we'd woken up anyways.

Check in war schon früher möglich. Beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr gute Auswahl. Balkon mit kleiner Wäscheleine war vorhanden.

Staff and service provided was amazing. Any requests was satisfied. Only issue is with the AC unit which was noisy at times even though it is off. Apparently this is common normality.

Nice room but shame it faced the construction site making the balcony unusable. Having booked the most expensive room available it would have been nice to have been given the option of an alternative room with a balcony that we could use. Work started early and during the night materials were dropped off waking us up. Nowhere to dry swimming stuff.

What a great hotel and location! It was a beautiful room and right next to the beach, restaurants, and trails!! Oh and delicious breakfast!

Le séjour à l'hôtel Murella Living s'est très bien passé, la chambre était parfaite, le personnel très serviable, le petit déjeuner bon et varié, ainsi que la localisation à 2 min du front de mer.

We booked the room specifically with the bathtub, as it was the ‘highlight’ of the room, however this was useless as the bathtub couldn’t be filled with water as the drain wasn’t closing properly, resulting in the bathtub getting emptied in few minutes. Management replied with “we were not informed” - after telling us that reception closes at 17:00, and we thought it was impolite to call for maintenance at 22:00 at night. Management stopped replying to our messages when we tried to deal with the situation.
