不错，靠近Donki，也靠近车站。酒店干净整洁，员工热情友好，地理位置优越，靠近车站和餐厅。房间舒适，设施齐全。非常适合度假或商务旅行。

Nice neighborhood, walking distance to many famous spots. Clean for the price!

Hotel lumayan nyaman untuk hotel budget. Kamarnya kecil namun nyaman bagi orang yang tidak membawa banyak bawaan. Kamar mandi dan toilet wanita bersih, lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari stasiun kereta. Namun daerah sekitar hotel kurang higienis, banyak tunawisma. Dan juga tidak semua resepsionis bisa berbahasa Inggris (agak susah berkomunikasi dengan resepsionis yang tidak dapat berbahasa Inggris).

Kamar bersih, ruangan lumayan luas untuk para solo backpacker, pelayanan ramah.

I already stay in Kaga Hotel until 5 times.. and this time i am really disappointed with 1 of staff there.. He is receptionist.. i think He just work in morning until afternoon (sometimes). i never see him at night.. Well.. Before i checkout in morning, the previous day at night i already asked another staff in the desk receptionist at the night to call taxi for me in the next morning. And when the next morning i check out, receptionist already change... He really made me angry.. He said “Of course you must call taxi by yourself!”. Even though, as i said before, already 5 times i stayed in Hotel kaga.. But previously, their receptionist always help me to call taxi, absolutely I am proud of 1 of staff. His characteristic = fat, wearing glass, little bit small, almost no hair. He always help me whenever i stayed in Hotel Kaga.. But this time, he didn’t work.. The another staff has changed him.. i am really disappointed.. Unfortunately i must run to nearest station and found taxi by myself.
