We found stain on bed sheet so we ask for housekeeping service. However, we were being rejected as they insist they will only provide housekeeping service on the fourth day of our stay. Also, we are not happy with the security as well. Everyone from the park lot can easily access to our apartment.

The room was clean, the facilities were excellent, no issues with early, and we had a kitchen!

Everything was perfect from booking to Check in, the room was amazing. Great off street parking.

The fold Away was broken and supplied without bedding. No air con or fan in the bedroom. Bed was hard and uncomfortable Room was clean and tidy. Balcony was a good size.

The staff were very accommodating of a change in bed formation and allocating a parking spot. We arrived after reception hours and everything was in place as per their instructions. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described.

Very odd check in process. The lady on the front desk wantd to scan and upload my drivers licence but could not tell me why. When I got up to the apartment the door was ajar (not confidence inspiring) and I later found the veranda door unlocked.

Spacious and very clean apartment. Communication was great and clear steps for accessing the apartment and parking after hours.
