Great hotel with perfect location to walk in town. Staff was friendly and always helpful.

In the main walking street, near everything and with a fancy facade. Single room had almost everything you need, even a tiny fridge to store your 2 cans of beer. No AC but a fan. Extremely nice breakfast buffet and a selection from the list. You wont leave this hotel hungry!

Excellent services from staff. Very clean and spacious room with a view of the sea over nearby rooftops. Space is so nice to move around and very relaxing - the restaurant, the terrace and sitting room. Great selection of breakfast food - vegan fry up was very tasty. I can't eat a full breakfast every day so, depending on cost, I often won't book breakfast when I book the accommodation. That leaves me free to book a breakfast directly with a hotel as and when required. On this occasion there was an error in invoicing for breakfast. Hotel resolved their error in my billing very quickly but they need clearer information for guests/and or clarification for staff. A rate of £13 for advance notification or £16.50 for walk-in is, I consider, a reasonable condition. A rate of £13, only if you book breakfast for every day of your stay, is perhaps not as reasonable, but it is understandable if that is their condition. Anyway regardless of invoicing error, I really enjoyed my stay and will most certainly revisit.

Bel hôtel bien placé à St Pierre. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec un très bon service. En revanche les chambres sont surchauffées et on n’a pas la possibilité de baisser la température !!!! La procédure du Check in est trop longue et fastidieuse sur l’iPad.

Nice, well situated hotel. My single room was comfortable and was allowed to extend my check out time by one hour free of charge which was very welcome. Breakfast was cooked to order and very pleasant.

Lovely bright room with separate table and chairs so we could eat in sometimes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked. Location of hotel was perfect.

Great location in the heart of the city, handy to all amenities including shops, bars, and cafes. Easy walking distance from the ferry terminal (about 10 mins walk). Room was small but totally sufficient for one person. It was warm and cozy, and had a nice outlook with views of the harbour and the islands.The bath was a big plus.Helpful staff, and reception was always available to answer questions.

Fantastic breakfast selction with exceptionally varied menu both hot and cold. Breakfast staff also very efficient and accommodating. Shame the room only had a view of a stone wall but at least it was large and clean.

Lovely hotel in the centre, close to shops, bars and restaurants Room 203 is on the corner of the front and side of the hotel and the noise from nearby restaurants and bars could be heard until midnight, it was very hot and when you opened the window the cooking smells from the hotel kitchen came into the room and the air con was not sufficient, so it is quite stuffy

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean.

I had been to the hotel before - although some parts to the hotel were improved - new style reception and bar, the rooms are quite “tired” and need updating- also our air con didn’t work well Otherwise room was comfortable enough and venue is ideally placed near to the harbour
