Quiet location, ideal location for visiting the main tourist attractions. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Great place with lots to offer around. Amazing breakfast and great service, we will definitely return in the future. Easy to find and very safe surroundings. I recommend the restaurant The Royal Oak at Milborne St Andrew for delicious food nearby.

A delightful slice of the English country side. The food was Amazing and the Hosts are wonderful. The village were it located is also breathtaking with plenty of nice walking routes. Quiet, cozy and reasonably priced!

Beautiful B&B in a lovely village - walkable to local grocery store and 2 pubs/restaurants. The rooms are beautifully furnished and bathroom modern and with a bathtub which was most appreciated at the end of a long day of travel

Cosy room, comfortable bed. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Good choice of breakfasts especially plentiful full English. Alpacas and chickens on site was nice. A well situated place from which to explore Purbeck area and coastline. Would visit again without question.

What a lovely spot to stay! Very clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet location. Just a few minutes walk from the local pubs and a 30 minute drive to some excellent walking routes on the coast. Fresh eggs for breakfast from the hens in the field next door was a bonus!

Really nice host, prepared to help wherever he can. Breakfast was superb. Room was clean and tidy, bed was massive.

Beautifully appointed room, the best breakfast I’ve had and the warmest most welcoming hosts. David was very helpful answering all our queries and Lorna equally so on what we must see. I was able to do a small load of laundry which was very much needed. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends who might visit the area. Thank you David and Lorna for the most two days we had in Dorset.

It was our first time staying here but we enjoyed it so much we have booked for this August.First meeting with David the owner everything was sorted including where to have an evening meal this we used the two nights we stayed . You always new that if you needed help from from David he was there but you were left alone. Breakfast was some of the best we have ever had in all of the time we have been doing B and B. Normally I do not give a maximum to anybody as there is always room for improvement , not here hence the rating I have given the Old Mill, Bere Regis.

Very comfortable stay friendly host and good breakfast to start the day

Working locally, at short notice came across the Old Mill whilst searching for somewhere with a twin room. David the host was amazing, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious, and the shower was great, I will happily return in the future. 5 stars all round.

We had a lovely stay at the Old Mill. Breakfast was excellent and our hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

We went back here as we were heading to Monkey World and some other places in Dorset and this was fairly central. The hosts were lovely and friendly and the breakfast options were great for both myself and my mum who is a vegetarian.
