It was my very first time to stay in this kind of hotel :) And i had a great time here, all the staff are nice, the room is cozy and clean. The Spa is amazing, although a little bit small. The food and drinks in the Bar are nice too :) Everyone can enter here as the facilities are open to all, except the hotel rooms. Would definitely come back if i come PP next time

I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. I did not take up the offer of a massage however there are several good looking young men providing this service if you require it. I like the artwork on display, although it’s definitely not for the easily offended! The hotel rooms do not have numbers but are individually named after famous gay couples.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. The only drawback was that on Nov 11th, a guest was allowed to smoke in the dining area during the time I was having breakfast, which made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that everything else was top notch. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a great place to stay. Spacious modern rooms, lovely clean pool, sauna and spa. Hotel team and locals really friendly and want to make sure you have a great time in Phom Penh. Wonderful food, amazing bar tenders and relaxing massages - can't wait to come back here.

Just a jewel in the middle of PP, nice pool just the perfect size, the staff is always helpful, super clean, great food and drinks.

We loved it at Arthur and Paul - a very nicely appointed boutique hotel. Our room was spacious with a great bathroom and the housekeeping service was very good each day A great breakfast with a French style , food and bar drinks choice was good too. Loved the pool and spa facilities and met some lovely people as guests and evening visitors to the spa. Service was brilliant with Thibaud’s excellent team - special mention to Florent who was really welcoming, friendly and funny too and very interesting to talk to. Also yo Guy at the bar who was lovely. We added two nights to our stay as we enjoyed the hotel so much.

Looked like the owners built this hotel with love and passion as all little details of the room, and the hotel's facilities were amazing. Best of all, staff were siperfriendly. Will stay again, and can recommend this hotel to any gay travellers.

An oasis for gay men in Phnom Penh. Even though it was less than half full due to low season, everything such as the fans, lightings, fresh flower arrangement and the pool was fully run. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful I had to skip lunch. Dinner portions were also large. Cruisingwise, guests could hook up if chemistry was right. In the evening, the locals came in to join the fun in the steam room. Some locals, while they were looking for fun with each other, expected a small "help" from foreigners to pay for a "tuk tuk" to get home. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent stay. Will return and will recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful time. Staff will take great care of you. An oasis after a busy day exploring the city. Make sure you try the food. Delicious !!!!

Great hotel. Only issue right now is the major construction right next door. This is not the fault of the hotel (although there is no pre-warning). There is jack-hammering and loud construction noise during the day every day. This makes it very difficult to relax at all by the pool. There is also no privacy with construction workers sitting and staring into the pool area and into rooms facing the construction. Recommend you specifically request room not facing the construction (ask for room at back).

Room locks impossible noisy, frustratingly difficult to operate. Mosquitoes in room, comfy bed. Nice breakfast.

The staff are incredible. Free access to the spa and sauna. The breakfast is amazing and caters to the gay partier (breaks fast til 12am). We kept extending our stay because the staff and guests are all awesome! Will stay here again and again!
