首先要多謝 Hotels.com 幫我預訂的女職員，她知道我要和行動不便的老人家同行，亦知道我不懂日語，特別幫我與酒店聯系，查詢各樣無障礙設施，亦特別在預訂中留下一個訊息給酒店，請酒店職員給予協助，使我覺得職員的服務熊度很好，令我印像深刻，這次預訂真的很貼心，亦令我很放心。 另外，我要感謝在 11/11/2016 接待我們的酒店服務員，多得他的安排，讓老人家可以不須外出，就可以留在房間吃到色香味俱全的鰻魚飯。他知道老人喜歡喝茶，特地為她沖泡各式熱茶給她品嚐，就是這份心意巳經讓我們很感動。 老人家對酒店的住宿及服務很滿意，唯一一樣是她最不滿意的就是樓梯沒有扶手，令她上落時有恐懼感，亦是令她只肯留在房裡，不願外出的原因。 最後要多謝為我們準備及將早點送入房間的日本男孩，雖然他不懂外語，我們又不會說日語，但他的殷勤服務及敬業態度，我們是感受得到的。

Overall, a great experience. But there are mosquitos bite us at night. And we think that the amount we pay could stay at a better hotel in arashyiama

Loved our room with the private outdoor garden and bath. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

An incredible unique experience. Room was spacious and complete with amenities. The meals were phenomenal - a true showcase of Japanese cuisine. Be prepared however for noise - the walls are paper thin. We complained to the front desk and they immediately asked the other guests to be respectful.

Beautiful hotel with Japanese garden connected to the room. Matcha room has private outdoor soaking tub over looking garden. Very zen atmosphere! 15 minute cab ride from Kyoto station in local neighborhood.

Ryokan meal was excellent, 5 stars! The most authentic dining experience we ve ever had. Meticulously prepared courses served in true Japanese tradition. A MUST DO for both breakfast and lunch!!! The room itself was typical minimalist Japanese and very clean. We had a little trouble going up and down the steep stairs to the bedroom, made harder with no stair rails. We had the most incredible two night stay here. We had a group of four and it was very easy to stay in a shared room. It was luxurious and cozy. The staff at the hotel is the kindest and most lovely people we have met along our stay. Such a special, traditional experience. The breakfast was amazing.
