This is the perfect place which is convenient and close to tourist spots. And he is so kindness.

Very gracious and helpful host, from ensuring we had transfers to/from the airport, walking us up to the apartment, getting us a WiFi hotspot, and securing a dinner reservation. Exceptional location near the Spanish Steps and cozy set up for a family of 4! There were a couple travel books for Rome which were super helpful to have on hand. It is up three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so be prepared to walk and carry your luggage up.

Cet hébergement n’est pas un hotel, il n’est pas à l’adresse mentionnée. La chambre est vaste et agréable MAIS elle se situe au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cette mésaventure nous arrive sur expédia et ce n’est pas acceptable. Le quartier est très bruyant mais très actif et agréable pour le shopping.

This is not a traditional hotel in many ways; nor does it qualify for a bed and breakfast. There is no hotel sign posted which made it difficult to find. There is no typical hotel desk staffed 24 hours but rather an owner who is only there a few hours each day. My family paid for two 3-person rooms and were extremely disappointed to find the third bed in each room was an inflatable mattress! We had paid dearly for this "bed" and instead was shown how to inflate it as needed. It was obvious the owner had stuck this temporary inflatable bed into a 2-person room and charged an outrageous rate for a 3-person room. Totally unsatisfactory!!!!! We spent 3 weeks in Europe and this is the only negative review we submitted. All other hotels were exactly what we expected. I am surprised Orbitz did not check out this "hotel" more thoroughly. The only positive thing was the location but there are many other hotels within the same area that I would have preferred and regret we did not choose another.

Great location, large rooms, clean, great owner!

This B&B is ideally located and is literally walkable to just about everything. The host went way above and beyond to assist me with ride service and an issue with the airline, and that was greatly appreciated. The room I had was spacious, well-appointed, clean and gorgeous. It was quiet. The only issue I had, and I had this in all but two places in Italy, was that the bed was rock hard. Like many Italian B&Bs, the mattress was an extremely firm spring mattress with no surface padding whatsoever, so for me it was uncomfortable to the point of being painful. This may not be an issue for others. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. I would stay here again if they had a more comfortable pillow top mattress.

위치야 스페인 광장 근처에 있어서 로마 관광지 위주로 다니기에 딱 좋아요. 내부도 넓고 깨끗하고 신경써서 관리하고 있는 듯한 인상을 받았습니다. 방음은 그렇게 좋지 않은 것 같습니다.

I highly recommend these apartments. Very comfortable, daily housekeeping, beautiful room, located perfectly in the heart of the fashion district, 1 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Many other attractions are only a 5 or 10 minute walk or a short metro ride away. Carlo who runs the business is lovely and very helpful with any questions. A real gem of a place, with personality and the total opposite of a bland hotel room. Plus great value for money.

Sentralt lite hotell med svært hyggelig og hjelpsom eier/vert. Fint, oppusset rom med god seng og sengetøy, stille og rolig. Savnet litt mer plass til klær.

Excellent modern apartment in a traditional Italian building in the centre of Rome. You can walk to all major attractions and are a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and shopping districts. Carlo, the owner, makes the visit! Always available to offer great advice about where to eat, book taxis, air transfers and tickets to places of interest. If you've never been to Rome you'll definitely want to go back after this visit!

It was very nice,the hotel is part of a group,we actually stayed across the street at Downtown 99.Very clean,we got in quickly.Cold air. comfy bed.Great neighborhood.

Our stay at Rome Frattina 27 was amazing. The room was big with air conditioning and a great bathroom. The owner, Carlo, was very hospitable. He has suggestions of where to eat and how to get to places of interest. He also has good contacts for transportation to and from the airport. One other thing to mention that's pretty important is the WiFi for the room which is pretty fast. Each room gets its own WiFi connection. This place is highly recommended.

La posizione è perfetto e Carlo estremamente gentile per il resto non si rispetta il rapporto qualità/prezzo. In realtà trattasi di una affitta camere al secondo piano di una palazzina la stanza è interna la finestra da su retro di altre case fatichi a vedere il cielo.

Appartement impeccable, fonctionnel et joliment décoré à moins de 100m de la place d'Espagne. Il faut noter que c'est un 3eme étage sans ascenseur avec des escaliers assez raides Carlo est très accueillant et disponible, il nous a évité les pièges à touristes en nous réservant de bons restaurants fréquentés par les Romains. Nice hotel room. Only aware of it through recommendation from friend and then tracking it down on the internet. The front of the building has no reference that it has hotel rooms. Great location to historic sights, shops and restaurants.
