Staff were excellent.

Super nice environment! Spacious room can accommodate 4-5 persons with private bath. We only had 3 persons. Large king size bed with firm enough mattress! Staff are very professional and helpful. Great food.

環境非常美，秋天可以看到楓葉跟遠處的山，房間內很大而且舒服，服務人員也非常好！

Very Nice

環境清靜，獨立屋，被鋪舒適，膳食都是送到房間食用，不用出房間。只是溫泉水的溫度再熱些就更好。

員工十分親切，地方很大，晚餐超正，只是覺得私人風呂的泉水並非溫泉水

地點是比較偏遠僻靜，但服務及住宿環境是非常好的。Check in時會主動介紹週圍的旅遊景點。晚餐豐富及美味！

There are a number of room types that you could choose. Our room is Azumino. The room is spacious with in door hot spring bath. The location is away from main road. Better to have a car to access. The staff are nice, the breakfast is good and we are happy during our stay.

room is big and the hotspring tub is big. Very clean and i enjoy the environment very much. Breakfast is delicious, not many varieties but enough.

The goods : a very nice onsen villa . The room size is good for a family of 4 , the villa has a private onsen which opens to a balcony . There is also another public onsen too which is also very nice . The staff are friendly and helpful. The bads: the onsen balcony opens right to a public road which makes the privacy compromised. There is not much choice of restaurants around the area without some lengthy drive . The king size bed barely fit a family of 4 . Apart from these . the hotel is a nice get away in the district .

房間很大很舒適，自己房間就可以享受泡湯，早餐非常好吃，距離阿蘇火山很近很方便，唯獨附近比較空曠，離超商等等都很遠

The house is wonderful, comfortable. Service is excellent，they speak English to communicate with us. House has warm machine and coffee machine. Indoor hot spring is gorgerous you must love it. Highly recommoned and will come again in the coming future.

We enjoy every minute staying in this stunning cottage. It is great and the village is beautiful. Thank you for the stuffs taking care us and we hope we will visit the hotel again.

Nice room and environment. Staff could recommend you some good local restaurants if you don’t have dinner in hotel. Just the pillow not fit myself. Otherwise this is perfect.
