A great hotel that you can barely see the smoke from the Aso Volcano at the balcony. The staff's service is great and they tried their best to communicate with you in English. The room is clean, classy and spacious for two. Yet, if it's for three persons, it would be a packed. The sandal at the balcony was rather old and it needed to be replaced. The temperature of the hotspring was a bit too high and the elderly was complaining it's too hot. The food is great and fulfilling. For the massage chair, it's the first time that I have to pay for it in a hotspring hotel! it would be great if it's for free.
