Good experience: The staff are very nice and talkative. We feel safe and comfortable. We were assigned to a room upstairs, and they helped us to pick up the luggage, and care us about the cold weather. Although you need around 10 min walk from JR Karuizawa station, they may offer you a ride if they are free. Improvement area: Our room got inadequate power socket. Although you may ask for borrow power supply, it would be even better if they can actively offer the power supply for customers with this issue.

Good choice if solely considering cost and location. I walk there within 12-15 minutes from train station.

民宿在一個小森林裡，非常幽靜舒適，但初到時路有些不好找，晚上也滿黑的，距離JR站步行10-15分鐘。 備品很齊全，櫃檯人員大部分滿友善的，但用英文溝通有些困難。 有微波爐，加熱食物頗方便，自行車路程約15分鐘有一家大型超市。可以租借腳踏車，離幾個知名景點還算近。 因是木造建築，隔音沒有太好。

Nice place!

民宿環境很寧靜，但房間較小，設施還可以。 工作人員很友善，服務很好，天氣轉涼還給我們借外套及暖包。 早餐很普通，不試也沒損失。

The staff are super nice. We had dinner in their restaurant, where the staff provided great service to us. They offered us a ride to the station at the time we check out.

步行距離輕井澤站5-10路程，環境好，房間很乾淨，共用的洗手間及浴室也很乾淨貼心。 員工很友善。就是晚上的路比較黑。性價比高！

I am very happy to live here, the boss and staff are very enthusiastic, 2/9 at night under the language barrier, the woman staff is willing to help until 22:30, thank you very much, if the next come back, will live here again.

The location is easy to find but the staff are not kind enough. They cannot speak good english so there was a communication problem. And the heater didn't work out in late night and it was so cold that we couldn't have a good sleep.

約位于旅遊區與輕井澤站的中間，很易找，從站沿大街步行约10分鐘至十字路口轉入左邊小馬路，行15碼，再左轉入小徑，旅館就在前右邊约20碼。 現代簡约房間和共用厠所，但日式大浴池，都很潔淨。楼房木结构，步行要輕輕地，否則會有噪音。

環境清幽，工作人員服務態度好，相當熱情，交通便利，可步行至雲場池及銀座通，離輕井澤站及王子outlet步行10分鐘亦可抵達~

服務員態度很親切，免費接送車站，日式早餐好吃，但是旅館有ㄧ點舊，另外交通離輕京澤北站走路需要15分鐘，而且shopping mall、公車站在南站。

至JR(新幹線)輕井澤車站散步約10分鐘即可到達，到銀座通大街腳程約15分鐘，接待人員非常友善溫馨，旅舍座落在充滿芬多精的樹林中，非常安靜舒適，有公共澡堂，早晨可漫步至雲場池，早餐很好吃，還有主廚特地準備的Special Meal :D

Good location, just five minutes walking distance to JR station. Hostel is surrounded by trees, birds would wake u up in the morning, wonderful experience. Staff is nice and helpful, they will give good suggestions on restaurant and places to go.

優點：早餐務必加點很好吃，共用浴室是澡堂新奇有趣，價格便宜 缺點：房間內紅色讓人感覺陳舊，整體建築也舊，網路很慢，需要共用浴室，服務人員英文有待加強
