Le service n'est pas à la hauteur. Ils ont fait la chambre seulement 1 fois en 4 jours. Pas de chaise de patio et ameublement dégarni. Quand même bien situé mais, très peu de services.

I travel frequently and rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but in this case, the experience warrants it. Our four‑night stay (July 2026) at Château Arnaud fell well below expectations. The receptionist was consistently rude and offered no assistance when needed, which made the check‑in process and any follow‑up requests unnecessarily unpleasant. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpet was heavily worn and looked like it should have been replaced years ago, the furniture was beaten up, and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell. The TV was outdated, and the channel lineup did not match the listing on the card provided in the room, making it frustrating to use. The Wi‑Fi was very slow and unreliable, making even basic browsing difficult. Despite staying for four days, housekeeping never visited the room. No cleaning, no fresh towels, and no basic upkeep were provided. This property did not align with the standards advertised, and I do not recommend this property to future travellers.

Belle hôtel bien situé vue sur le fleuve. La réception fut très gentil et courtois avec nous. Disons le bémol de cette hôtel est le déjeuner. Je me suis demandé si je mangeai vraiment des oeufs et le café quoi dire. De plus on était les premiers clients et c’était super froid. Vraiment pas bon. Par contre si vous voulez manger des toasts yogourt gruau fruits c est à disposition. Mais ça ne vaut pas le 23$. Je préfère aller au tim our ce prix. La chambre très confortable mais les oreillers ouf épais et plein de mottons pas confortable je suis aller au wal mart acheter un oreiller. Evidemment ça dépend des goûts. Super d’avoir un réfrigérateur et un four micro onde dans la chambre. Ma note global est de 7/10.

Staff were helpful,friendly... Hotel well situated

There was a problem with two features. One lamp was burnt , we had a hard time getting a fresh bulb for that lamp. Deny and resistance before letting us have the missing bulb. The climatisation (air conditioner) was not functional, to be clear the cold function of the Thermopump was not responding. It had air ventilating and it was heated in the room but we could not find a way to switch to cool function (it showed cool but was never becoming cool in the room.) Probably Sept-Iles is not warm enough/often to make it needing air clim, but we needed it that day and night. The office personal was not supportive and cold in their response. Only offering a handyman by eight am next morning and no immediate assistance. Why the management leaves this person to be alone overnight at the hotel, I don’t understand. And their response was quite cold and not supportive. I guess they did not even register a complaint to be resolved. So this was our only two deceptions but we were not happy because of that not supportive service Room 222

It’s a very nice hotel in a beautiful and perfect location. And it’s miraculously quiet and peaceful.

Everywhere was very clean but in my room behind the night table was very dirty. There was something running down the wall. Isn’t was when I went to plug in my phone cord.also the bathtub was very high, someone with a little bit of mobility problems would have a lot of trouble getting in and the toilets were extremely low.lots of trouble again is someone has problems getting up and down.otherwise it was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Très bien situé côté Baie de Sept-Iles et sa Marina. Plusieurs chambres avec vue et balcon vue sur la baie.
