En la picina yina la mejor Siempre con una sonrisa muy profesional atenta un servicio de primera. En el buffet augusto un chico increíble amable siempre nos atendía por el desayuno y en la noche de verdad que mi estadía fue genial gracias a ese personal que se desvive por el gran servicio al cliente tan detallado

The toilet was leaking and there were roaches in the room

Our room had roaches. We couldn’t get any face clothes. Front desk wouldn’t allow us

Smell like humidity and the cleanliness is not good

The hotel and staff was very nice the entertainment was great me and my husband had a great time

When we arrived put us in a room that wasnt what we reserved. They put us in the correct room the next night which was a suite. Hot water didnt work in the room and the ac didnt cool well. When we went to go to bed the pillows didnt have pull

The pool was really amazing had different pools in different areas, I enjoyed the ambiance, the beach was lovely and right there on the resort. I enjoyed the jerk chicken on the beach. Played good music at the pool me and my boyfriend enjoyed ourselves. Only thing sometimes elevators werent working

El hotel en muy buenas condiciones, el personal administrativo es muy grosero, no dudan un segundo para insultarte a la menor interacción. No volvería ni recomendaría este hotel a ninguna persona, porque nadie debería ser insultado cuando solo intenta relajarse.

Bathrooms need to be updated and moldy smell in some areas

I got hurt on my last day in the experience was horrible. The food was horrible and the customer service was unsatisfactory.
