Muy buenos y el trato es excelente

The food was subpar, the general cleanliness was not good, there was no real entertainment except for the night 930 show, and that was poor at best, seemed like the resort was understaffed. I will not be returning.

I did not like rooms. Air conditioning was working very loud. The bathroom supply was very poor. Blankets were old and thin.

I wish there was more food Choices

Súper vacaciones

This is my second time to RIU Republica and while I usually swear by the RIU brand this was beyond a disappointment. The highlight was Alejandro- he was GREAT!! The rest of the staff was rude, less than helpful and everyone had an attitude! There was a flood in my room and when reporting at the front desk I was asked what did I want them to do? I never got a washcloth the entire stay! This was not a good representation of the reputation of this chain. The food at the sports bar was not edible! The resort food was below average and subpar at best! Needless to say what should’ve been a relaxing good time was a flooded room, rude encounters and couldn’t wait to leave! I was highly disappointed with this 5day stay. RIU you owe me!

Everything was amazing, property beautiful and clean, staff over the top friendly specially at the buffet Franchesca and Sherling were the best they treated us like family. I would definitely go back
