Friendly staff, really good breakfast even though it was only a continental type breakfast. Pastries, cold meat (nice quality) and cheese, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, cereals & toast but plenty for everyone and all fresh. The rooms were a reasonable size. All in all a good experience.

Overall our stay was very pleasant; the staff friendly and helpful. However we had a room for 3 adults and apart from having to pull the sofa bed out and make it ourselves it was extremely uncomfortable with a mattress so thin the metal work could be felt. We would also have liked hot milk at breakfast (for weetabix) which we were told wasn't available. The hotel served our purpose but was not the same standard as other Best Western hotels.

Had a lovely stay, bed was so comfortable, room was spotless. Staff friendly and nice to have a bar, after 5 hours driving. Breakfast was lovely full English buffet and plenty of cereal, pastries, yogurt etc. would definitely stay again

Friendly and courteous Staff, Room was Clean and well maintained. We stayed for Two Nights but the Maid didn't Service the Room after the first Night which was disappointing but it didn't spoil Our Experience on the whole.

Staff were excellent. Sadly let down by the room. Specifically on the rear side of the hotel (facing the main road). Large vents to let in cool freezing air which made the room cold and a small, ineffective electric heater in tge room. Used hairdryer to heat up. Also, lack of space in ensuite to put clean clothes, so placed these on floor... only to find fluff and dust on the clothing once on. Noise of road traffic was DOMINANT throughout the night. Im sure the car park side of the building would be better. Staff were very accommodating

I could hear cars passing all night very loudly.

No towels, pillows missing enable to call reception because the phone did not work so as a disable person i have to walk back to reception 3 time to sort problems. 3 disable parking spaces all full for cars with no blue badages. Told reception and they said they would have them moved, on my return after 3 hours the same 3 cars park in them. As a disabled war veteran with 30 years servers in the Royal Navy. This is the worst experience iv have. I through the best western hotel in Weymouth was bad which i stayed in a few months ago, but this place was disgusting. I will no be staying in a best western again and i will be spreading the word across the military net work.. extremely disappointed 😞

Very friendly attentive staff at check in and breakfast service. The room was spotless, large shower cubicle, excellent hot water and good water pressure, with Dove products provided. Well lit car park, conveniently located near major roads. Healthy options for a working breakfast.

This is a nice, small modern hotel with easy access to major roads and plenty of parking.
