Good hotel to stay with!

我覺得整體都很好，飯店乾淨而且舒服，又安全，最重要的是櫃檯服務態度非常好，很熱心，早餐也很好吃，但是唯一一個缺點，洗澡時水太小，而且必須打開水等15分鐘才會有熱水，因為我是冬天入住的，每天等熱水等的我好冷😭😭😭😭

服务人员很热情 徒步走大约20分钟可以看到大型商场 所以吃穿买都方便. 有建身房 和游泳池 在酒店中可以多多使用 比较不好的是虽有落地窗 但打不开 所以刚进房间会有点潮湿的味道

Excellent Breakfast

Clean room, friendly staff, great location...Pretty much everything

Everything was excellent from the round trip airport shuttle, spotless room with a very comfortable bed, great food, trendy and clean outdoor terraces and super clean and refreshing pool area. The service was top notch and for the price, it was elegance on a budget. Very walkable with so many restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 5 Stars!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Arranged transportation to the airport as well as directions around the area. We arrived early and they allowed an early check in. Room clean and large. Would stay here again.

location great! the double twin room as an awkward bathroom configuration making the shower leak on to the carpet and leave a weird smell. viewed from the rooftop is amazing and the staff are very kind

La vista es hermosa, la mejor de Vitacura. El personal del hotel 10/10

Bella camera, comoda e con una bella vista sulla città e sul parco. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Come anche la hall dell'hotel, che aveva anche un fresco profumo di rosmarino: molto rilassante!

Ótimo custo benefício, só o local que é ruim de chamar Uber, eles sempre se perdem.

La ubicación y el staff excelentes, la habitación no tanto, tenía varios ruidos (ventiladores que no se podían apagar), la verdad no tan malo, pero lo que más molestó fue que el baño no era independiente de la habitacion

Quarto confortável e muito limpo. Funcionários solicitos. Café da manhã simples, diferente do que estamos acostumados no Brasil. Experiência ótima, retornaremos!
