Très bonne situation avec boutiques et restaurants à proximité. Personnel très aimable à l’écoute des clients.

Séjour très agréable de tout point de vue: accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute et disponible; localisation au coeur de la ville favorable aux déplacements aisés et à l'exploration; environnement doté de tous types de services. Ce premier séjour à Alger a été très satisfaisant.

Super hôtel, la chambre standard duo était très propre et il y avait tout le nécessaire (serviettes, linge, tapis de bain, cintres, coffre, savons, gel douche, shampoing, sèche cheveux). Le personnel est extrêmement aimable et serviable, et le petit déjeuner est très varié. Hyper bien situé dans le centre d’Alger, à 2 minutes à pied de la rue Didouche Mourad où il y a plein de boutiques et restaurants. Je recommande à 100% !

Un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel suisse. Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable et à l'abri du bruit tout en étant au centre d'Alger. Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et très disponible. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. The location is so excellent. I had a great visit.

Accueil au top, avec des gens très accueillants et à l'écoute. Merci aux dames de service toujours prêtes à répondre aux attentes, entre autres la gouvernante. Notre chambre a été gracieusement upgradée, sans supplément financier, mais elle avait une très forte odeur de canalisation, à peine supportable...

Scarico doccia mal funzionante. Aggiungere grucce nell’armadio. Pulire il balcone sporco di deiezioni da volatili. Posizione hotel ottima. Personale gentile. Scale all’ingresso della hall rendono difficoltoso l’accesso ai disabili o in ogni caso per portare i bagagli. Ascensore storico ma inutilizzabile se si è su sedia a rotelle. Non ci sono camere al piano rialzato. Integrare la colazione con più cibi salati e caffè espresso.

Older style hotel that has seen better days. Nonetheless, it was convenient to main street, the room was clean and the area was quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would recommend to budget minded traveller.

It was two stars hotel. only for one night if you want to use it

Nous avons réservé une semaine. L'hôtel est en plein centre ville, calme, popre. Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant, accueillant et à l'écoute. Merci a Akila et son équipe qui étaient au petits soins pour notre confort.

Unique of elevator that I love. The meal for breakfast is good except limited dinner I don’t like.

The staff of Hotel Suisse were fantastic and very accommodating. They gave me a room in the top 6th floor, which had 3 beds in 3 rooms with a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom had its own split air conditioner (climatiseur). The location is right near the Agha train station, with easy access to the airport, and is near many metro connections. Also, the location is within walking distance of many restaurants, eateries, and shopping places. The value for this hotel was unbeatable. Also, the staff were able to provide good restaurant suggestions, especially for authentic Algerian cuisine. If one has trouble with stairs, I’d suggest one reserve a lower floor, as the elevator only goes to the 5th floor. The hotel itself is also accessible by many flights of stairs from the main roads. The staff can speak some English, but French or Arabic will go a lot farther! I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Algiers for the first time, or looking for a respite in the heart of the old city.
