This place was really great. The staff were super friendly and very helpful! The beds were great and the breakfast was excellent. Sometimes hotels breakfasts have cheap things but they did not. It was good quality bread, fruit, cheese, etc. it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a very long time. It’s right in the middle of town so it’s convenient to find somewhere to eat but there is a restaurant in the hotel which is also nice. They took the time to think of little things that women especially would appreciate (like for example having a black towel for your face if you were wearing makeup). We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again should we be in the area! Definitely recommended!

Wirklich ein schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und Restaurant.

Great stay and nice place! Great staff. We found out too late that breakfast was included which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was great. I can't wait for them to have a pool or hot tub 😉

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, in der Mitte der Stadt, positiv ist die hoteleigene Ladestation. Das grosse Manko ist dassder Ladeplatz nicht gekennzeichnet ist und daher dort jedermann parkt und diese Extra nicht genutzt weerden kann. Dies könnte mit einem Schild oder einer Bodenmarkierung leicht gemacht werden. Im Restaurant gibts gutes Essen wird jedoch durch Raucher die draussen sitzen und offene Türen vermiest, sodass es im Restaurant raucht nicht begünstigt. Ein Hotel mit Fokus auf Design, Gesundheit, Joga, Naturkost in der oberen Kategorie sollte hier mehr Fokus haben.

A nice stay in cosy hotel close to the Planai lift station. Very helpful and smiling staff. Delicat breakfast. Nice sauna and spa area.

Ausstattung und Lage sind eindeutig hervorzuheben, Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend! Während der vergangenen Wochen (Zwangspause) hätte man im Zimmer die eine oder andere Wand streichen können!

Great Hotel The only issue was that the days where quiet hot and there is no air condition in the room We opened the window at night and it was noisy from the street

Fantastic service and hospitality! Would definitely recommend the hotel. The only thing I missed was a pool or jacuzzi, which the “SPA” didn’t have.

Crisp and new, in a fabulous old-town location. The staff were very helpful in suggesting local sights and attractions. The included buffet breakfast was fantastic and quite substantial!

I liked how new it was, however staying there in the middle of August they don’t have air conditioning so it made it a little uncomfortable at night to get restful sleep.

Its a very comfy hotel ever..feels like home..room ,clean,staff are the best best ever ..they make us feel we are a family

A great hotell with wonderful breakfast. The only negativ was the extra bed, it was to hard to sleep on.

Excellent stay at Stadthotel Brunner. Staff were polite and friendly. Pleasant bar area with fire. Good ski/snowboard storage/drying room in the basement. Five minutes walk to nearest gondola.
