VERY NICE, QUIET, CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT. VERY STYLISHLY FURNISHED. VERY WELL RUN. WILL BEND BACKWARDS TO PLEASE. BREAKFAST IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. NEAR ALL THE SHOPS & RESTAURANTS OF GULSHAN AND BANANI. CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. WHENEVER WE COME TO DHAKA WE WILL MAKE SURE WE STAY AT THIS PLACE.

I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room.

Location is an upscale street. Several western style cafes nearby. Breakfast is average. Do not accept Room 804 (or even 803). A meeting room is over the room in the 9th floor. Super noisy. Many people and moving furniture all day (and into early evening).

We enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Dhaka.

The rug looked dirty. Also I found hairs around the bed.

We stayed 7 nights and we felt that we were staying in our own home. Very smooth check-in, friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Modern decoration with specious and clean apartment. Quiet and safe location. Every single hotel staff are very professional, from Security staff to Room Service staff. Dining room staff are amazing, very friendly and always smile on their face. Everyone at Space Apartments had made our stay very memorable & pleasant. We will go back and recommend to anyone for whom standard is matter.

I much prefer an apartment over a hotel for the space, the kitchenette etc. I very much enjoyed the Space Apartments for the safe location, the pleasing staff and the general comfort. Although new they had obviously selected staff carefully and taken the time to train them.
