Nice and clean friendly staff very comfy bed

The Hotel is in need of an update. We were very disappointed in our room. Old sheets, old towels and the rusty old refrigerator was discus ting. The hall carpet was soiled and the only good thing about this place was the top terrace that was not used. The area is great close to the beach but that’s about all!

Place was well situated but the hotel shows signs of wear. Staff was friendly and helpful

Awesome customer service ! Place could use an upgrade but its definitely clean and maintain to the best of their ability . Location was perfect! Parking can be a bit hard but overall good spot!

I've stood in this hotel several times. It's in a great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and beaches.

I’ve stayed at this property 4 times now- great service and close to the restaurants and only a few blocks from the beach

Cheap place to stay, cool rooftop Jacuzzi.

I love the location. It is very close to Old San Juan and beaches.

The staff was extremely kind & friendly. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are in need of a remodel, broken drawer, sticky tv remote, dirty/molded windows. The location is def a 10/10 but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Could not flush toilet paper in toilet. Had to put used TP in trash can under the bathroom sink. We cut our stay short because of that. Staff was friendly and helpful in ideas for restaurants in the area.

Good economic hotel. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. 10-15 minute ride to Old San Juan, airport or cruise port. Good place for short stay before or after cruise.

WiFi sucks! The view is not the same on the pictures.beside that I enjoyed the jacuzzi

Location was good, staff nice but always apologetic for all shortcomings. Place needs a mayor overhaul. Dirty, worn out rugs, never had anything you asked for from towels to extra blankets. Had coffee machine but not one day did we have any coffee, no pods no restaurant so had to go off property for coffee.

Staff was great., basic room fine for a stay.. a little outdated
