住宿问题不大如果第一次住需要时间摸索，但酒店地址难找又不清晰！花了很多时间才能找到，露台不能出去有点可惜！

Fabulous service and stay

Most enjoyable stay as always. Front desk Joseph was most welcoming and courteous.

That's my second time booking this hotel - 1st time was for my wedding. So glad we got an upgrade to the suite this time. A large & comfortable suite with King size bed, a large bath with a separate shower and also large dinning room. I think it's hard to find similar choice in that price in HK. However, I hope they can install a smart TV accessible to Netflix and a washlet in rooms in the future.

浴缸沒有熱水，只有微暖的水，通知前台之後，職員查看後情況也沒有改善，淋浴期間突然停水數分鐘，淋浴間去水很慢，淋浴15分鐘會水浸，環境和其他服務都很好

Pillows not soft enough.

淋浴間去水十分差，且有很難聞的臭渠味。坐廁一整天沒有鹹水供應, 非常不便。酒店提供的毛巾, 其中一塊有血漬, 令人噁心！ 早餐選擇不多, 質素普通, 餐廳空調太冷, 未能適當調校温度, 且地方狹窄, 有侷促感。房間雖大,但全部都在3樓低層, 沒有開揚景觀 。房間價錢與酒店設施十分不成正比, 令人極度失望, 幸員工服務態度優良！

Better than expected. Large room, nice bed, quiet area.

Very very nice! The staff were very professional and patient and provided us a guide tour after checking in. Nice snack and drinks provided after checking in the rest area (3-5pm if I don't remember it wrong). We asked for an extra blanket and it was sent within half and hour. It was very cozy and clean with cover on. The room was very neat and we enjoy it so much! Thank you!

地方很大，但基本設備很少，連浴帽，梳子也沒有，連樽裝水都沒有，很失望，不值此價錢

Highly recommend for a staycation! Everything just perfect!

觀景對海皮，但房間窗戶只有半邊可向外看，樓層低，窗戶玻璃不是反光玻璃，途人可以望到房間內裝修，私隱度較低。這級數酒店沒想過房間沒有梳化，其餘設備都不錯，大電視、大浴室，但地點一般方便。

又大又靚

酒店環境舒適整潔，套房房間望出去風景優美 可是衛生間配套物件不太齊全，最基本的浴帽、剃刀、梳子等均沒有提供 酒店員工服務態度良好，親切友善

空間大

獲安排升級房間. 房間較大設施也不錯. 很足夠. 有提供手機給旅客. 酒店安排被安排到 第一層(不肯定有沒有其他樓層). 因此戶外景觀被樹擋到. 開不到門口到公共露台.(能理解, 但房間門外有一塊垃圾放在外面) 另外,電視機信號 極不穩定. 而多次致電服務台,亦有人前來理解. 後來人員說會向前台反映. 後來不了了知. 整晚都看不到電視..
