Bathroom can be cleaner.

What I didn’t Like was breakfast looked like continental breakfast way too expensive can go eat somewhere else for the amount we paid.

Possibly the best hotel in Hermosillo. Great service, clean rooms and good food.

This is our fourth stay at this property and it gets better every time. The first time we stayed was 3 years ago, and the lobby had a funky smell, now nice and pleasant. The staff are always friendly. Adan helped us to our room. We had 2 cats and a dog, with plenty of luggage. Super nice guy. Francia was at the desk and was efficient and kind. They also charged a pet fee, but one fee for all 3, not 3 fees. Previous night in Mazatlan they charged 350 per pet. Here it was 400 for 3. Definitely made us happy. The property is modern and nice. Restaurant on premises was good and convenient. Room service available. Parking can be a bit tight as it's usually pretty full.

Everything was very nice. The room was very clean very large. It was a very nice place. We didn’t have that long of a stay so we didn’t go to the bar, but the people at the front desk were very nice. I would stay again.

We love this Hotel, the staff, services, room service, the rooms are so clean and well kept. We stay here every time we come through Hermosillo.

The property was somewhat clean. I had to ask for a room change as the first one was very dirty. Breakfast buffet was very limited, not a lot of options.

Property has parking for about 20 cars. Very small cars. No updated tvs. Also the channels are very bad signal.

Excellent service.

Next to a huge mall with a variety of food options, atms etc is a real plus!

It was safe. The staff was nice shopping was close.

Stay was good. Rooms clean and good service. Good cleaning room service. Parking however was very limited and super tight.
