We asked for prices of the minibar and that our coffee machine was broken, but there was no follow up for either despite saying they follow up. Te breakfast was good

整體都很好，酒店很新很乾淨，只是入住的時候沒有提及有沒有提供飲品，所以喝了一瓶水，退房的時候以為需付款，原來是不需要的，但是都不影響我會再此訂這間酒店入住

兩晚住宿，環境，服務，安排都非常好前臺非常友善，下次選擇再來。

Excellent Hotel , always a great location easy to park and comfortable and quiet.

Room great if only using to sleep in bed was comfortable. Had buffet breakfast for both days that stayed plenty to choose from on buffet but found the food wasn’t really hot both days I ate and on the second day didn’t even see anyone checking the hot food to see if there was anything that needed to be topped up even if was only a small amount to get through the next hour or so

We had a great experience staying at Rydges Fortitude Valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made a real difference to our stay. We were in town for an expo at the Showgrounds, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short walk away. Parking was straightforward and stress-free, which is always appreciated. Our room was spotless, including the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything felt clean, modern, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Brisbane for an event!

Great location, clean tidy room

Lovely renovated hotel. Great access to the convention centre - just a touch away from the main hub of the city. However can walk fairly easily to the centre

Staff were excellet. We had two issues and both were rectified very promply. Happy to stay there again. The bed however was very soft and my husband had issues sleeping as he has a shoulder injury.

Room wasn’t as clean as last time we stayed here and beds we’re rolling away located in a good area near Showgrounds
