We asked for prices of the minibar and that our coffee machine was broken, but there was no follow up for either despite saying they follow up. Te breakfast was good

整體都很好，酒店很新很乾淨，只是入住的時候沒有提及有沒有提供飲品，所以喝了一瓶水，退房的時候以為需付款，原來是不需要的，但是都不影響我會再此訂這間酒店入住

兩晚住宿，環境，服務，安排都非常好前臺非常友善，下次選擇再來。

Beautifully clean room, comfortable bed & awesome shower. Staff very friendly, quick with check in & out. The right place to stay as 500 metres to the Tivoli!

Had a great 1 night stay here while in brisbane to go to a gig, room was clean, bed was comfortable, very close to eating options if you arent looking at going far. 1 downside was couldnt get netflix working on our TV so had to put up with horrible free to air but first world problems. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Great location, cross the road to the Royal International Convention Center, and right on King Street where restaurants and cafes are. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Very comfortable room and great facilities: gym, swimming pool.

Super close to the Royal ICC for a conference - amazing convenience. Good meal at Bar Gusto.

Lovely hotel, close to restaurants and shops. Very good in house bar and restaurant should one feel like enjoying the hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and include a well stocked mini bar. Would highly recommend this hotel which is also fortunate to have professional, helpful and very friendly staff.

We only stayed overnight but was fantastic. Right on King street where all restaurants are and very close to show grounds and transport.

Staff was excellent, very understanding. The room was clean and tidy and very homely

When I called and asked twice to have 3 beds made up in the family room, there were only 2 made up. I was assured on both occasions that tis would be done. This was a suprise for my sons 40th. Very disappointing.

Rydges was great, had early check in. If you are going to the Ekka, just know, to park before 12pm is $15 extra, and something I feel they should advertise around Ekka time. We had a free drink, which was nice, though, I had a postmix softdrink and would have preferred a bottle, as my friend got a nice alcoholic bevie, will speak up next time. Just a second note on parking, make sure you check your account when exiting, as it took a 2nd amount out, have contacted them and still waiting for a refund! Other wise great place to stay, especially around Ekka time.

Breakfast was great, but I would have preferred to have some fridge space for a little bit of extra food we brought in for snacks etc.

We stay each year for 1 night during the Ekka, We book a arena view room on the top floor, the rooms are great and the view excellent, this year unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and too soft, also the sheets used kept riding up off the mattress making for an interupted sleep, the restaurant and staff are great, will stay again

Staying overnight for the Ekka. Great location. Rooms are nice but stuffy even with air con on. Check in service was wanting
