We asked for prices of the minibar and that our coffee machine was broken, but there was no follow up for either despite saying they follow up. Te breakfast was good

整體都很好，酒店很新很乾淨，只是入住的時候沒有提及有沒有提供飲品，所以喝了一瓶水，退房的時候以為需付款，原來是不需要的，但是都不影響我會再此訂這間酒店入住

兩晚住宿，環境，服務，安排都非常好前臺非常友善，下次選擇再來。

Clean amenities

Was very disappointed to find the restaurants closed on Sunday. When making our booking one of the things that i made sure was a restaurant on site but then couldn't use it. They said we could have room service but no table in room so that would have been too difficult

Our bedding had dirty stains on them and the front desk staff didn’t care

From the moment we arrived to final departure, the service and friendliness from the staff was amazing. We felt very welcomed and nothing was a problem. We had the Executive Suite overlooking the Showgrounds. It was very spacious, very clean and so comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to attend the Caravan Show over several days. Each night we dined in the restaurant as it was so good. Their steaks are the best! We certainly wouldn't hesitate staying again. It was so handy, so comfortable and overall a great pleasure.

Very expensive, for what you paid for , they have a big car parking problem for there guests, that should be seen too , overall very average motel, nothing to rave about

Super friendly and easy stay

I loved the stay, just didn't realize around the parking, it goes from 12pm to 12pm, and then you have to pay to stay longer, so plan if you are going to an event at the Ekka or something similar. Make sure you get any freebies, eg free drink if you are a gold member with hotels.com. Lastly, in an accessible room, just watch the shower bench, very slippery. Still loved staying here and will again.

Regarding the breakfast, for two days, an extra $60, I wasn't satisfied, the sausages were hard and over cooked, the pastries was small in size and selection, not much choice for bakery apart from sliced bread.

Review: Worse Than Before – Avoid Second stay after being promised improvement — it was worse. Concierge was unhelpful and disorganised. Told there was valet, but there’s no real on-site parking — ended up wasting 30 minutes finding a space myself. Staff presentation was poor (one concierge visibly dishevelled and stained shirt). Room was unacceptable: No TV, no internet, no working phone Dirty towels Basic items missing Reported issues — nothing fixed. Overall, service was appalling. Won’t return.
