The property was great. The staff, particularly Desti the manager was fantastic. We had issues where the ferry to Santorini may not have run and she was great working through options. The buffet was very good. It’s about a 15 minute walk to main town, but traffic is accommodating as there are not sidewalks. Would highly recommend.

Good location

I had a truly wonderful stay at here! From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Whether it was helping with an early check-in, providing thoughtful local recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile each day, their kindness made a lasting impression. Every request I had—big or small—was handled promptly and with such grace that it felt like second nature to them. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who truly made the experience memorable. It’s rare to come across such a thoughtful and accommodating team, and I genuinely appreciate the care they put into every interaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where you feel genuinely cared for.

Wish the restaurant was open for dinner. Food and room service are only available until 5:30.

A magnificent hotel. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Stunning view from the window. Delicious food — breakfast feels more like lunch in terms of variety. The rooms are spacious with breathtaking views. Daily housekeeping, and the linens and towels are clean and fresh. Thank you.

Ich habe wirklich noch nie ein solch freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal kennengelernt! Ganz, ganz tolle Menschen! ❤️ Die Zimmer waren täglich sehr gut gereinigt! Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sauber und gar nicht so weit fußläufig von „Little Vanice“ entfernt. Ich kann nicht mehr sagen, außer dass ich wirklich verliebt bin! Wenn ich noch mal nach Mykonos reise, werde ich definitiv erneut hier einchecken! Vielen Dank für alles!

Beautiful view and pool area. Staff was excellent. Food was overpriced and mediocre and rooms are very dated. Excellent AC. Be prepared for ALOT of stairs rooms are down 4-5 flights of stairs alone. If traveling from outside EU bring an adapter no USB ports for plug ins.

Nuestra segunda estadía en este hotel. Servicio de los empleados es de 5 estrellas, amables atentos todos. Habitación es super bien mantenidas y limpias con hermosa vistas a la playa grand beach y el old town. Solo 12 minutos caminando a la parada de buses del old town. Recomiendo este hotel con los ojos cerrados.

Beautiful views, clean, and accessible to the beach. Expect to pay VAT tax fees upon check-in at the hotel for approximately €60 which are not mentioned on the hotels.com site invoice. No Uber nor Lyft services available so plan on spending average €40-€50 for pick up and drop off to nearby locations per trip. Found that a bit excessive so plan ahead from a budget standpoint.

Amazing stay, most friendly staff! Will definitely be back. Can’t forget to mention the amazing views from the property.

Really great property. We had the Grand Suite which was beautiful and huge with private balcony and a good size private pool. Bear in mind this is a 15 euro taxi ride each way to town but for us it was certainly worth. Would highly recommend this hotel

Loved it!!! Such a beautiful hotel, excellent customer service, the staff was super friendly. The view from the room is priceless! The breakfast buffet was amazing! About 10 minute walk from town, the road doesn’t have sidewalks but it’s doable.

Fantástica! Localização privilegiada. Quarto amplo e confortável. Vista maravilhosa. Só o cafe da manha que deixa muito a desejar. Muito básico para o padrao do hotel.

Grand Beach Mykonos was a lovely resort with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and outside area was great. The walk to Chora is short where you will find many restaurants and great shopping. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with much variety offered.

Good quiet location. Breakfast is very good.

The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous. Lots of stairs and no elevator so beware if you have bad knees like me, but I managed. The restaurant is open till 5:30 PM and the bar is open til midnight by the pool. The views are stunning . It’s a little bit of a hike to get down to the beach and back up. Will give you a major workout!
