The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges! Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful.

The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime.

I'm really sorry to say but each and every morning at breakfast time we faced long queues and having to wait for long period of time, pretty much same food every day, we don't do curries for breakfast, full English would be nice. We also had same problems on roof top restaurant ordered food and arrived 1 and half hour later. I'm not blaming the staffs it's just communication problems. Otherwise everything is OK.

The buffet was excellent. All the staff at the restaurant where we had the buffet was absolutely friendly, courteous, provided excellent service and was there to serve us when we needed something. The chef at the morning breakfast buffet was very nice too and not forgetting the reception desk and the 2 ladies That arranged the transportation too.

The service was good and the breakfast was decent but the property itself needs a complete overhaul. Linens are worn out and not fresh, especially the towels! Not sure why these old linens+pillows are not replaced. The room and bathroom needs major deep cleaning. And important point to note - this property does not have a King size bed. It’s a queen size bed and so we had to get an extra mattress, (which was also 2 folded mattresses pushed together basically). Overall we were there just to sleep so it was manageable but the housekeeping and maintenance are not up to mark.

The stay was booked for two, entered the room there was lots dead mosquitoes lying on the bather counter, bath tub and floor, advised reception they changed our room to bigger and spacious room, appreciated however when went for shower, there was no body wash, towel rack had only one towel. Ordered room service dinner , fries served was cold and stale, when complained they said they will allow discount on food bill, during check out no discount was applied, when asked reception, he advised that Bev Manager said he couldn't allow any discount. We checked out early morning so no breakfast despite paying for breakfast, that's fine as breakfast timing was from 630am. Reception offered coffee and Tea, we waited for 10mins no one got us the beverage, so advised reception not too worry as Uber was waiting. As we were loading luggage and about to get seated, someone came running with both cups in a paper bag. when they handed the the bag both cups spill and hot tea fell on me, the bag was passed back to security. Vey Bad experience with the hotel.

Bed feels like rock. Ac never came down to law, always set to 22-24, don't know why they gave option to adjust the temperature.

My stay at Radisson blu kochi was excellent.The staff at the reception especially Anakha and Delvin was very helpful and supportive.I loved kenisha restaurant at Radisson blu and their breakfast spread was awesome with more options.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were excellent—very courteous and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was truly excellent, with a great variety and quality. However, the room didn’t quite meet my expectations. The bedding, in particular, was hard and lacked the softness and comfort I was hoping for. Overall, a decent stay with standout service and food.

Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Full of mosquitoes. Buffet breakfast very haphazard - staff not replenishing food and drink items in timely manner. Do not use travel desk at hotel. Given a driver who did not know route and constantly changing direction (we had to google route and show him way!) and after consulting with travel desk by phone, it was agreed we would only have half day (4 hours) for half the price and this was reconfirmed by Manjusha Shibin. At check out, we were still charged for full day. After having to wait 1.5 hours, and speaking to Manushi, she would only discount the full day charge of 5000 rupees to 4000 rupees despite her previous confirmation. As a result of hotel poor service, we nearly missed our train causing huge amount of stress and were forced into paying. Very poor customer service which has left us feeling cheated and extremely upset. Whilst at the hotel, we noticed many people complaining. Not recommended. Rooms needed renovating, poorly cleaned. Facilities lacking - had to wait an hour for a drink in the bar. There are huge advertising signs stating Zhima Restaurant now open but it is still being renovated so only eating option is the buffet which does not make for a convivial relaxing evening with friends. This hotel would struggle to get a 2 star rating in most countries.
