Elegant hotel in a great location in Cadiz. The property was immaculate, in the style of a merchants house, the room was large and well furnished and the staff very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Loved everything!

Wonderful stay. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartment style rooms, was a great room, very clean. Loved that a small little grocery shop was right next to it. Plenty of tapas in the area. Overall just a great area and great stay

This is the most beautiful place. The only thing I would change is the very uncomfortable couch. But we did have the kitchen chairs to use. Very well laid out…and within walking distance to everywhere. For first timers it is tucked away…and those streets….ouch if you are not ready to drive down one lane very narrow streets. Hopefully we will be back. Absolutely beautiful!

The location is excellent, the room setup works well, and it was decent value for money. My only minor complaint, is that it did not feel very clean, especially the shower which was not good at all.

Everything was great - location, staff, value - except that the AC didn’t work, and this seemed to be a setting that the hotel only turned on in the summer months. It was 24 degrees when we were there (early April) and without any AC, the nights were uncomfortable.

This is a little gem of a hotel. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. We loved the location of it, even the street it is located on, is lovely! It's close to the parkade. The room was well appointed, and the little kitchenette is a plus! I can't wait to get back there!

Impeccable en tous points

This hotel was truly the highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was outstanding—beautifully designed, with a large, comfortable bed and fully equipped with thoughtful amenities, including coffee, a full kitchen, and even a washing machine, although I didn't use it. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. The location couldn’t have been better either—just a short walk from the beach to see the sunset. It was also within easy reach of all the must-see sights. Staying in a beautifully restored 17th-century palace added a unique sense of history and charm, making the experience even more memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and character so seamlessly. I truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough—I was so impressed that I even found myself recommending it to the Lufthansa flight attendants on my way to Germany!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They ever gave us a bottle of cava for my birthday. The room was utterly amazing, it was a beautiful marble room with Juliette balconies we enjoyed with the cava. The location is great too, in-between the old town and the beach, close to the action but not in the thick of it. I'm so impressed, I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. Great location in the heart of the city but very quiet. Located on a pedestrian-only street, full of shops and cafes and tapas bars. Hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Elevator is very handy! Great restaurant next door for amazing seafood, and a couple of great cafes across the street and a few doors down for a quick and delicious breakfast. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Have to say such value for money. Convoys was excellent on reception when we arrived. Fully kitted out with everything we needed and more. Central location to shops and bars. Really clean and a lovely bottle of Cava when we arrived.
