The place is really outdated, from the lobby to the hallway going to the rooms. There were a lot of sand mites at the beach. Employees’ were not proactive, we had to get and carry the cushion from the makeshift bar whenever we wanted to use the poolside lounge chairs. The lounge chairs by the beach didn’t have cushions. Check-in was a mess, the manager was very unprofessional. She was talking on the phone while in front of us about a reservation for her trip. They weren’t able to find our booking so we had to wait for several minutes. The place is nice only if it was maintained well. Food is a bit pricey for the serving. Club Agutaya is overrated, not worth the splurge!
