位置蠻好，步行至武器廣場只需三分鐘，但因為是木製建築，隔音不太好，夜晚有人走動，聲音蠻大的，無線網路不太好，但房間還算整潔，若在早餐時段之前要參加旅行團，可前一天告知旅館，他們會先準備一份可外帶早餐，總體來說還算是不錯的旅館。

A localização é excelente, assim como o atendimento de toda equipe, em especial dos excelentes funcionários Suly e Antony. Nos deixaram guardar nossas bagagens antes do nosso check-in, minha filha passou mal e foram excepcionais em nos ajudar a buscar ajuda. Pontos a melhorar: qualidade do café da manhã, o Box do meu quarto estava quebrado e a cada banho meu banheiro ficava todo molhado.

Excellent staff, wonderful location, in the center of. Cuzco but very quiet. I loved the Posada.

La ubicación es excelente y el personal es súper amable y atento. Hay restaurantes bien cerca y la Plaza de Armas está a solo unos minutos caminando, súper accesible. Lo mejor es su personal. Lo único que deben tratar de mejorar es el desayuno porque es bien limitado y repetitivo.

Location,walking distance to the center of the city.

The bathroom is a little bit small, other than that, everything is perfect. We would stay again if we came back to visit this area

Good location, friendly staff.

Location id good and room condition was clean ad well. Everything was good. They prepared breakfast box for me as I had to leave early to join the tour.

The people at the counter are very nice. They pack you a lunch if you are going to leave on a trip very early in the morning which is really helpful due to most trips starting around 4 am. Coca tea is available for the guests, a genuine lifesaver if you get altitude sickness.

Great location and staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the soundproofing was non existant and you could hear everyone around you. As long as people are considerate, its fine.

Support staff was superb. they were very flexible. we needed to drop luggage for a day. couple of times and need to repack later after our tours ended. they packed us bf for our 4am trip. helped to warm food at 3am etc. Location is good. the only issue is rooms are pretty small and loosely built. we can hear lot of noise.

Conveniently located close to the Plaza de Armas. Rooms could use some improvement. Very cute and cozy Hotel. One of the members in our party fell ill. The staff was amazing, not only did they provided us with Oxygen, they arranged for an ambulance service. Thank fully after a very well established protocol in the Clinic, We were able to board our train to Machu Picchu on time, the staff prepared for us breakfasts to go. Thank you so much, La Posada de el Viajero! We hope to see you again and enjoy more of your hotel ( minus the Soroche) - Beautiful Cusco.

The hotel was small and cozy. It was quaint. It was a great representation of Cusco.

Very kind staff and excellent location. Great breakfast. This is an old building with a central courtyard. Rooms are not sound proof so bring your earplugs. We stayed 2 different times and some mattresses were great, others not so much. For the price, it was worth it.

Extrêmement bien situé au cœur du quartier historique. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Eau chaude en grande quantité et chauffage disponible au besoin. Chambres sans fenêtre malheureusement et déjeuner très redondant.

Excelente servicio por parte de Sarit y Mary, bien amables y súper atentas, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El hotel está cerca de restaurante, ATMs, Plaza Mayor, bien ubicado. El cuarto era grande y espacioso.

Second time staying here and will definitely return!! Great rooms, this time stayed in a single room with my husband. Last time we stayed in a room with three or four beds. Both were great! The price range is great!! Extremely clean! Great location, about 6 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. The food for breakfast is perfect. It’s buffet style, fresh bread, eggs, potatoes, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee, tea. Can’t ask for more!! The staff is always friendly and professional. Can’t wait to return!

Pontos positivos: localização. Pontos negativos: no quarto não havia frigobar e nem armários. O hotel todo era feito de madeira e, sempre que alguém andava em qualquer parte, se escutava o barulho. As portas dos quartos fechavam com dificuldade, então o tempo todo também se ouvia portas batendo. As pessoas falavam muito alto, tarde da noite, nas áreas de convivência e o hotel se recusava a pedir silêncio. O chuveiro só aquecia de vez em quando. O mesmo para o aquecedor do quarto, que sequer tínhamos o controle. A recepção que ligava com um único controle (as vezes estávamos de pijama dentro do quarto e tínhamos que receber os funcionários para ligar o aquecedor). As vezes o aquecedor desligava sozinho no meio da madrugada e também fazia estrondos. O wifi caía toda hora. Vários dias, após a limpeza, a porta do meu quarto foi deixada destrancada e a janela ABERTA, com a minha mochila exposta a quem passasse. Mesmo reportando o problema, a situação se repetiu. Por último, o café da manhã acabava muito rápido e poucas coisas eram repostas.

I was impressed with the kindness and cordiality of the staff , especially with Kenia and Suly. They helped and guided me with the different tour packages. La Posada del Viajero was the perfect place to stay in Cuzco for my family. It is very close to the Main Plaza and the rooms are a good size for a family of four.They offer breakfast and it was a good variety 😀 .

Safe and specialy that all the rooms had heat you had to let them know to turn it on but it was great to have
