非常好，員工會說普通話，可以溝通到，而且在我們吃飯的時間裡快速的鋪好床，還奉上小點心，這是一個小驚喜，他們的溫泉也很喜歡，雖然不是私人風呂，但都很舒服，而且步行去沙浴很近，大概5分鐘吧，食物質素很高，味道非常好，整體來說都非常滿意，謝謝酒店員工的親切友善的招待

服務員非常有善 笑容親切有禮 服務到位 設施潔淨 駕車離開酒店時服務員會主動走出路口歡送 直至我們駕車駛離駐車場 滿分！

食物水準一流！員工細心講解每樣菜式做法及食法！睡前還送上紅豆湯！每様安排非常人性化及貼心！只是房間的洗手間看來比較舊一點。

工作人員服務周到，有接送服務。環境清幽，地方整潔，房間向海，食物味美，近砂浴場。下次還會入住。非常棒！

从屋久岛的船下来，酒店安排了接船，非常方便。离沙浴的地方也很近，早晚餐很丰盛，服务很好。前台居然能记得每个人的鞋，出门都能帮你拿出来，真的很厉害。房间的确是有些陈旧，但是绝对干净，睡得也很好。

員工服務很好，都帶微笑和很幫忙。前台的接待員英文很好，交流沒有問題。沙浴只有一條街距離，往返酒店和車站都有司機接送。

Great Satsuma-style experience. The best dinner in Japan is simply glorious. The chief staff and Front staffs speak good English. They respond fast when we left even a coin behind.

Must try the private Onsen, cost 3000 yen but still worth it ! I am a vegetarian and they manage to tailor made the meal for me, thank you!

今次是含兩食的入住地點可以附近有熱沙浴食物最高分但酒店較舊服務好只可加回一點分數但下次不會入住因為收費高

住宿,食物,接送方面細心安排, 由一踏入旅館已感受他們用心招待, 只有3分鐘步行路程前往熱砂浴也特意安排接送。

This is a very traditional Japanese hotspring hotel, a little bit old. Breakfast and dinner are quite general. The gentleman in the front desk can speak fluent English so that easy to communicate. They provide car pick up service at the station.

Hotel provides free round trip transportation from Ibusuki JR station to hotel in specific time slots. Staff here are super nice and polite. They will arrange a staff like a butler who serves you the meals and welcome tea. The hot spring is also good here. Although it’s not big, it’s convenient for guest to enjoy within hotel. The meals are really delicious. Recommended to take breakfast and dinner here for experiencing Japanese traditional food.
