This is a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is the en suite is badly designed with the loo squeezed in to a corner !!!

Room was small, but clean and cozy. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Bonus was ability to use swimming pool at the hydro.

Nice hotel, we had a feature bedroom which was spacious and comfortable although it really needs handrails in the bathroom to get out of the narrow bath!. Guests can use the facilities including the pool at the sister Peebles Hydro hotel about 2 minutes drive away. Handy for walking into Peebles high street and the river walks. Good choice of meals in the bar which were reasonably priced and excellent.

The staff are very helpful and could not do enough to help you. Room 82 is compact but clean. The breakfast was great. Brilliant location in the heart of Peebles with lots of beautiful walks.
