James and Angela made us feel very welcomed. The location is amazing and the breakfasts were great.

Owners were super kind and accommodating. They even found me almond milk. I would say that the pillows and the towels could be improved. But it was reasonably priced and extremely clean.

Angela and James took very good care of us with custom breakfast orders every morning. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Lovely friendly hosts

It was lovely, clean and welcoming. James and Angela were kind, considerate and very helpful with how to find our way around Inverness. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. We could not have asked for more and we highly recommend Mardon Guest House. Rae & Tim Ryan

Nice cosy single room. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. There was a dressing gown to borrow. The breakfasts had lots of choice and was available from 7:30. The owners were very attentive and helpful. It was in an ideal spot as it was about a 10min walk to town.

Our 3-night stay at Mardon House was just perfect. James and Angela are great hosts: friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, James gave us a quick orientation to the city with a helpful photo and map in the hall. The twin room was clean and well-furnished, including the en-suite bathroom. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast offerings, including cold and cooked items, and Angela makes the BEST porridge. Mardon house is an easy 15-minute walk from the train station and well-placed to explore most of Inverness on foot, including great restaurants, shopping, and the Botanical Gardens. We will definitely stay there again.

Mardon Guest House is centrally located to Inverness, so everything is in walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Breakfast was amazing. James and Angela take an interest in their guests. It felt like home away from home.

Ideally situated near cathedral for any coach outings It was clean and comfortable, nice choices for breakfast, not too far from shops and very close to Ness Walk and the Eden cinema theatre complex.

James and Angela were very kind hosts, and they took very good care of us during our stay. Breakfast had many food and time options, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests and our host every morning. James cleans every bathroom every single day, wow! Room was spotless and heating was an option if the room was cold. Would stay again 100%. Keep in mind, no accessible fridge in room/dining room!

Came in for the cycling event etape Loch Ness which started off at around 6 in the morning. James was very helpful in laying out the breakfast for 5AM. Also storing our bikes securely etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mardon Guest House the hosts are very personable and helpful. It is a nice walk to the center of town which is just over the river. Near many good places to eat. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here.

We really enjoyed our time here. Angela and James are wonderful hosts who are very accommodating. We especially enjoyed getting to know the other guests at breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and the property is very well located. We were close to everything.

Really close to the city center, this b and b is really clean and practical. The owners are super kind people, they give you good advises for things to see and eat in the area. Really recommend this b and b if you are coming to Inverness.
