Staff were very friendly. Clean room and very good location, right above Nangang station. However, pillow and mattress were not comfy. Room temperature was too cold and cannot be changed, mattress did not keep warm

Hotel is very strategic since it is next to Nangang Train Station. The room is big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work and will want to stay here again whenever I visit taipei again.

everything is good, only sharing the drop of place not seen or when we took taxi it's difficult to drop us, we have to stop in the road site.
