when we arrived there was a mix up and they had overbooked the hotel and had no rooms for us. The owner went out of his way to upgrade us to his other hotel closer to the city and with a pool for free. he put all our bags in his own car drove us there and checked us in really quickly. The owner really looked after us and we really wished we could have stayed at pool party and spend more time with him.

This place is perfect for your trip. Though a bit far from the markets and pub street, you can use PassApp or Grab to go around. Their pool is okay and other amenities.

The room is clean, bathroom always clean and neat they have jetwasher also, the food is great and in affordable price. The swimming pool is open until 10 PM.

The staff were very nice. They got all you need to explore Siem Reap. If you're a muslim, it's not far from a mosque and many choices of halal food.

Generally is fine. Just need some improvement. Disappointed for did not provide complimentary daily drinking water on hot weather nations. After discussion, they are so warm to provide daily complimentary drinking water. Toilet water sheet is dirty and should have a change or replace a new one. The blanket is too thin for air condition room. The room door did not feel safe when went out, just a normal and simple lock, able to open by card slot.

Ini hostel staf ramah, informatif, tempat tidur bersih, ada air panas (jarang hostel backpacker ada ini), ada kolam, restorannya harganya tidak terlalu mahal-mahal, disediain tuk-tuk sekali jalan ke kota (kebanyakan ke pub street). Bisa booking bus ke Bangkok dengan harga yang sama. Pokoknya hostel bintang-bintang.
