Great stay! This is our second time staying at these apartments and will return. The lady on reception was fantastic and upgraded us to a super king size bedroom after me explaining I go for surgery Monday and it was a break before then so she tried to make us more comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and polite. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained with all mod cons and everything you need for a comfortable stay. With a central location this is a great base for any visit to Aberdeen, will stay again. Thank you

The website photographs were nothing like the room we had. Rankef excellent, The room was tired, worn, and not nice. The windows were very drafty and the room was noisy all through the night til 5 in the morning. The shower door was of its hinges, the handle hanging off, and the shower tray had a full crack in ir the room needed total refurbishing.

Comfortable but dated, the serviced apartments have just enough for your stay. To enter you need to call the reception to open the nondescript and fairly poorly signed black door, which was difficult to find. Location is convenient for exploration, but being directly above BrewDog and across from the casino, I found the rowdy crowd below frequently very noisy around 3am.

It had a kitchen in the room. Good location. Poor parking and directions to hotel. Once there is was nice.

Tired and shabby. Lots of things slightly broken (e.g shower and front door which was permanently open). Room shabby but acceptably clean.

The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The hotel is very run down and many things are broken. Toilet seat broken. Aircon didn't work so asked to move and was given a fan. The room was unbearable hot.

Very noisy! Road noise! I wouldn’t stay again !

Great suite, but the check-in desk was unstaffed when I arrived, so I spent a very irritating 20 minutes out on the street, unable to get through the locked door leading into the hotel. The phone number to call for assistance was not working on my 1 phone. They need to fix this; check-in should not be so difficult. How about a simple door code?

The property was clean and comfortable. We were close to the center of the city (on the main street) and within walking distance of train and bus station. Lots of dining options nearby.

This apartment was more than we needed for our 1 night stay but very appreciated. It was clean and had all the amenities. The vegan bakery down the street was amazing. Centrally located, we walked to the beach, to parks and restaurants.

Best room I've had in Aberdeen (not saying a lot). Spacious, and the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. Very central, walking distance to anywhere. But the building is old and squeeky, and you could hear the neigbours walking and closing doors. Also, every time a bus or large vehicle passed by on the street, the floor was literally vibrating. I missed light curtains, I wanted to block view without blocking all the light. Also wish there had been a do-not-disturb-sign to hang on the door.
