Breakfast was expensive at $15 per person and served the same buffet most hotels give you for free. This was a little disappointing.

Near the airport and relatively safe and quiet for Bellingham. We needed a 1-night stay for a construction remodel project that was dog friendly. I was quite surprised that the room was so dark with not very bright lights. Some ceiling lights would have been nice. Also a full length mirror would have been helpful.

Beds weren’t very comfortable & would make noise when rolling over or moving. Also the restrooms in the lobby weren’t cleaned very well the toilets were a mess.

The breakfast food and utensils were not the best

We loved the pool, hot tub, and steam room!

Propert was amazing and the Jacuzzi Suite was superior but the staff was absolutely horrible, especially in the morning. We stayed friday night saturday.Night to check out sunday morning.. friday night while enjoying the jacuzzi, my leg was suddenly and intensly suctioned to something. After careful inspection, we realized a screen was missing from an area of the tub, the part that suctions the water for the jets. Within a matter of minutes i had a bruise. We told the staff Saturday morning to have maintenance fix. We proceeded to get back Saturday evening to nothing done. Called front desk repeatedly. Nothing. Sunday morning brought it ip again ro be told that maintenance stated no screen goes there and thats why it wasnt fixed. Even after telling him it bruised me, all i got was " oh ok" Thats a lawsuit if the wrong person gets suctioned to the tub or god forbid a child. Luckily, i walked away with only a bruise. All over, stay here, ita ridiculously amazing, juat check everything and now the staff won't be any help at all.

Cleaning staff rushing us out even after asking for extension. other than that, a very beautiful and clean facility.

Perfect for what it is. Clean, quiet, in a far enough location that isn’t bombarded by a ton of traffic.

Was probably given the worst room . Suspect that this was due to the booking being made with Expedia. The room on the 2nd floor was very noisy near the back entrance .The rain hitting the metal hatch cover outside the window sounded like energetic skeletons making out. When the heating kicked in it was deafening. At checkin the front desk refused to honour the parking rate despite being shown the printout from their own web site. This was reluctantly rectified when I contacted the main reservations . I think my three star review was actually quite generous!

Sheets on our bed were dirty - blood or fecal stains. Yuck!

This property was so convenient for an early morning flight out. The front desk staff was so helpful and polite and the parking fee is very reasonable for an extended stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Room are large and comfortable. Pool area is the best. Sauna, hot tub,excise room. We stay here whenever we’re in Bellingham.

Shout out to Lilianna who was so sweet and accommodating during check-in. Hotel is clean, well appointed and plenty of parking. Love the convenience, as it sits right next to B’ham airport.

Dining options needed

OK hotel if you have to stay for one night. We have a house in Blaine but sometimes our flights would get in after 9 and the rental car places would be closed (they thankfully have changed this policy to the last flight thank goodness). If you come in past 9pm don't expect the restaurant to be open. They have hot pockets and burritos for sale in the concession areas if you are really that hungry. We stayed in several rooms and they were OK, but our last trip there was forgettable. Our floor was continually shaking. I thought I was dizzy or something until my wife felt it too. There was constant banging and stomping coming from the side room and above us all night. Don't know if it was a maintenance room or something but jeez that was horrible. Like I said if you HAVE to stay there for a night for business or travel, it's OK but anymore time than that, I suggest to go somewhere else. The room prices are a little high for a standard room.
