Excellent stay! The hotel is located in a very safe and convenient area, perfect for exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

Great place.

Went to bar area & no service. Went to lobby & they sent someone up. When bartender came, was told that I was Not able to buy one glass of wine but insisted on me purchasing a bottle. Had to walk 2 blocks at night to obtain a glass of wine.

There isn't air conditioner inside the elevators and halls. The pool is very small, with only 3 recliner chairs, breakfast with limited options, same food every day, pool bar Very expensive!!!

Nice location and nice view. I’ve had some problems with AC in both rooms but as I was staying only one night, not a huge deal. Friendly staff willing to solve the issues.

The room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 18th floor and could see the ocean from it (even thou the building is a few blocks from the beach). My son slept in a side sofá, which was ok. Breakfast is a little extra but it was worthy and it is cheaper if you buy in advance. All staff was helpful and well-trained. Location is also nice, close to a mall and to Santos’ gastronomic street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

Este é um hotel muito bom, mas um pouco caro, mas o custo oferece muitas coisas, não é na praia, mas a uma curta distância a pé. A área do bar é agradável e o almoço, eu diria que é a melhor parte do hotel por um preço, há uma grande seleção de comida, mas pergunte o preço primeiro.

so first off its a pretty basic hotel, when i saw it was the same star rating as the Sheraton where i has stayed previously i expected much more. the first thing i noticed was that my door would not open more than half way because it hit the ground so i had to squeeze thru the door with my bags.. my showers hot water went off and had to have someone come fix it then after all that one of the housekeepers walked into my room without knocking while my girlfriend had no clothes on.. after they left i heard them laughing about it outside. what was supposed to be a 3 night stay quickly tunred into a 1 night stay as i checked out early and had alot of trouble being refunded for the other 2 nights.. i was still charged 3 nights and a week later am yet to see the money returned to my account. if you want a nice hotel just stay at the Sheraton in Apperacida it is wonderful, and if you want a crappy hotel then save some money and go pretty much anywhere else. the 2 star Hotel Casaraeo is better than Novatel.
