Lovely holiday! Excellent choice of food! Staff were great we will return next year x

No WiFi in our room, little bit run down

Great hotel if you you have small children with you. We stayed in May half term so was a real struggle to get sun loungers, if you didnt get up at 5.30 you weren't getting one around the main pool. None of the parasols had the bar attached to be able to put them up so would have to search for a stick to be able to use them. AL options are very limited for the size of the hotel, more often than not there would be no deserts available. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a stomach bug going round (nothing to do with the hotel) rooms were cleaned daily, the maids works really hard as do the entertainment team. On a whole not a bad holiday, we were a party of 9 and the kids absolutely loved it.

A great holiday with my 19 year old son, all area's top drawer although food a little bit limited although understandable in this virus safe times

We had a great time at Cyprotel. The pool area was fantastic for the children. The food was great with stunning views from the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was unusually quiet because of the collapse of Thomas Cook which was such a shame because the facilites weren't being fully used but its a lovely hotel and we still enjoyed it very much and would return.

It was a pleasant stay. Good food. The room was ok, but to some degrees worn. One of the bar areas was closed. It eas apparently end of the We had a good stay, but It was not a 4 star hotel, more like 3 star.

Restaurant and reception area lovely and clean and modern! The pool area was kept clean ,and a lovely sized swimming pool ! but the grassy areas round the pool and baby area where shockingly long and not looked after , filthy feet if you walked on this area , nasty smell around the baby pool and pool bar too! Rooms very dated with the most uncomfortable beds Iv ever slept in! Door had broken draft excluder so lizards and cockroaches just let themselves in out at leisure!

Excellent for kids! Staff is amazing and very nice. They always aim to please. Facilities are wonderful and the bigger rooms are worth the extra money.

The hotel is the perfect family resort. It has an onsite water park, superb entertainment team, lovely pools and facilities, smart restaurant serving excellent food and great staff

almost no WIFI, the food is not good. the beds are not good.. the only good is the slides

Fantastic hotel. Pool areas excellent with plenty of beds. Foot for each sitting was to a high standard with plenty of choice. Hotel staff were excellent as where the Animation teams. Rooms were just a little small but spent little time there. Would gladly recommend.

The pools are great, the meals also. My only complaint is that the room is definitely not a 4 star one. 2 star I would say. Apart from that, all good!
