The hotel seems to have seen better days. The base in the shower was coming off the wall and had mold behind it. There were a few broken things in the room (e.g., the face plate came off the outlets in the bathroom when unpluggin the hair drier). The room had a large balcony which looked out over the bay but the furniture could have done with a wipe down. The garage is undergound and accessed with a car lift which was not for the faint of heart. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable but the hotel could do with some maintenance.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. Quirky design, underground parking, large room, excellent location and perfect staff.

Como siempre, el personal hace que me sienta como en casa, un trato excelente. El buffet deja mucho que desear, en cuanto al producto.

Friendly staff, very spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower room. A few ‘teething troubles’ - one of the sockets providing power to the coffee pod machine not fixed to the wall, toilet roll had been wet and left to dry out - not acceptable. Coffee pod machine is a waste of time! Parking right outside door of hotel was great, easy downhill walk through little streets to main area. Very nice breakfast. Convenient for 1 night stay before catching ferry.

Art Hotel was in a good location great views over the port from room. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room

Muy buena estancia en Santander. Un poco complicado el tema del parking sin embargo, Wally en recepcion supo resolverlo muy bien! Recomiendo que hablen al hotel al momento de reservar.

Lovely little hotel. Perfect for nice evening walks as it’s super close to anything you need. Room was clean and taken care of. Only downside was the AC is it didn’t work too well.

The check-in was friendly and the staff were always happy to see us. The room was comfortable. We liked the stylish and artful decor in the corridors. We didn't have any problems.

El hotel en sí está bien solo que su ubicación no es muy buena está en medio de zona residencial y hay que Tomar elevador y escalera eléctrica para bajar y subir al Centro de la ciudad Creo que si eres turista como Nosotros hay mejores opciones para hospedarte y conocer Santander que la zona más recomendable según vi es por la Pereda y una o Dos Cuadras para arriba

El hotel personal está bien pero la habitación donde estuvimos olía mucho a humedad fue horrible y solo había una pequeña ventana q daba a un patio de luces para ventilar.

El Hotel tiene una decoración que parece hecha por un Masón. En la entrada del comedor hay una gran cabeza de Buda?????? y en el salón 40 fotografías de una mujer con la cara tapada que solo muestra los ojos que parece una persona musulmana con ese rasgo de represión que me parece penoso. La iluminación y el aire acondicionado son un desastre en la habitación que está a la altura de la calle (nunca había conocido un hotel con ese defecto). No entiendo cómo tiene calificación de Hotel

We stayed here on the last night of our trip before catching ferry. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, close to town/bars/restaurants but immediate surroundings of hotel were residential flats and the hotel was definitely out of place in its surroundings. Very glad there was secure parking (for which there was no additional charge 👍) . Only negative about the actual hotel itself was no fridge in the room.

Fijn hotel, rustige plek. Dichtbij lopend naar restaurants en boulevard. Strand is wat verder weg maar ook prima. Ruime kamer, schoon en zeer goed bed.

El hotel nos sorprendió muy positivamente por la distinción y buen gusto en la decoración. Aunque cuando llegas con el coche puede parecer que está un poco alejado del centro, la realidad ees que en que en pocos minutos se accede a Puerto Chico y la zona de tapeo. Dispone además de parking gratuito, lo que es muy de agradecer. Magnífica habitación con una amplia terraza con vistas a la bahía. Es de destacar también el variado y abundante desayuno, que se sirve en un espacio con mucho encanto. Finalmente, quiero poner de relieve el trato muy atento y servicial del personal de recepción. Sin duda, un lugar para volver.
