No hot water

The room wasn't ready at 3, when finally got a room, the room we were assigned wasn't cleaned from the pervious person. We where assigned another room but it didn't have towels and we we asked for towels the front desk only had one towel for the roo.

The receptionist was asleep at the desk upon check in. Room was not ready, was told to ride around and come back in 30 minutes. When did, was given a room with no refrigerator or microwave, was told could not switch rooms, key cards didn't work all weekend, no working ice machine on premises. Pool was very slippery, everyone kept falling. No lifesaving devices near pool. Was only allowed 1 bath towel in room even after asking. Very very poor experience. Ac barely worked.

Horrible room was not clean it look like some. Had just checked out ! They moved to another room and that’s one had roaches

Bathroom dirty with yellow stains, towels dirty and no hot water.

No hot water . No towels . No batteries for the remote . Broken bathroom door handle .

Had no hot water for several days at hotel before we arrived they did not inform us until after we check-in to the room and the room was dirty. They brought us to 7 different rooms until we finally found a clean room. The hotel still has no hot water. Tried to cancel but couldn't

They had no hot water

Service sucked. No one wanted to give us towels to take a bath. No hot water. No remote to TV. Bathroom was filthy. Staff was very rude.

TV would not work properly. Had to turn it on manually and then could not change channels with the remote.

Friendly staff. Needs some upgrades but was just fine.

On the bed we had bed bugs

My room was dirty thry gave me another thst the bathroom had not been cleaned

Front desk guy at night was very nice. I wish i wouldve gotten his name. Great service

No Hot Water In Bathroom

The area was shady looking..abd the riom key would never work!
