I booked this hotel for family gathering, but then we met in Zamboanga City I was shock with the situation of the hotel bed mattresses and towels, its disgusting due to used and takes soiled status, “tagalog: gamit na gamit na talaga parang din na bleach”. Even toiletries and floor toilet towel not in place. I much expected with this business hotel but it score disappointed.

We arrived at the Hotel 1538H of Feb 6,2020. Verification of the booking was just a couple of Minutes. However, the room was not yet prepared when we came. I waited for about 35 minutes for my room to be prepared. There are 3 couches at the lobby, however it was all occupied. I have to sit at the stairs while waiting my room to be prepared. At around 1615H, I was informed that my room was ready. I immediately went up the room because I'm very tired, however to my frustration, the aircon was not cooling. I waited for about 10 mins to give it some time to cool however to no avail of the temperature, I called promptly the roaming staff and showed the problem. We waited again for another 15 mins for it to get cold however it was not cooling with the prescribed setting. The technician was called and came after 5 minutes and showed the problem. However, it still cannot achieve the set parameters. I went directly to the front desk and requested for a change of room if possible. I was transferred to another room that has a perfectly working aircon. The hotel team should have ensure the room is in perfect working condition and ready for occupation since the booking was made in advance and not as a walk in.

Very poor service, the front desk let us wait for more than 2 hours upon check in and we have reserved 3 rooms but only one room is available and we have to wait for another 2 hours for the other 2 rooms. Staffs are unfriendly. The food in the restaurant is not good. Value for money failed.

Good location, friendly and accommodating staff, and with their luscious foods for breakfast(buffet), it's two 👍👍!

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly, fast and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is just ok but still delicious.

It's affordable and awesome but do book 8 AM so you can check in directly.

The girl in the reception is kinda impolite, she can at least tell me to sit and wait if she is not done with the other guest than keeping me waiting. Then the male reception asked me again about my booking but to my dismay he's not familiar with how to manage the online booking so he sent me back to the girl again. We waited for some time for them to manage our booking which was already paid. Then they were looking for the staff that was not around to help us lift our luggage but at the end the male reception was the one who helped us because that staff was not there. When we arrived to the room there was no towel so I informed them, they said they will send. And the bathroom was dirty with used towel left by the former guest. Then I called again to ask for the towel after a couple of hours. The shelf for tissue in comfort room is kinda rusty. The linen and comforter has damp smell.

Very comfortable and nice ventilated room.

Our stay, even it's just overnight, was kinda great. It's just disappointing that we need to deposit money for a spare key, for a cup and saucer and other items. I just hope next time no more deposits. and I hope that they put a heater in every room so that we don't need to go out if we want hot water.

OK naman, kaya lang when we got into the room we found out na may basag na bombilya ng lampshade sa ilalim ng bed and also filter ng cigarette. di siguro nalinis ng maintenance maiigi.

The service is okay. And location-wise, it's also okay. But overall, this place is just one among average hotels in Zamboanga City. You get what you pay for. I am disappointed because there is no window in the superior room. I personally want windows or see-through walls everywhere. The staff explain that windows are available only for the deluxe. That is too bad.
