酒店很深，但设施齐全 / 清洁度一般 / 泳池别墅的水压不是很强

无法形容这种感觉。这里真是太棒了，舒适，景色也很棒。也许下次，我希望这里能有个儿童迷你游乐场，设施更齐全一些。强烈推荐入住这里，我们以后去考艾还会再来。

酒店不错，空气清新，可以打高尔夫。餐厅的菜品质量有待提高。

For a hotel room costing nearly 5,000 THB, the facilities did not meet my expectations. The towel provided was dirty, with a yellowish tint and stains, which was disappointing compared to other hotels I've stayed at, such as one in Pratunam for just 1,200 THB, where the towels were much cleaner. The curtain panel was also malfunctioning, and the AC unit had a note indicating the filter needed changing. Additionally, when I opened the door, there was a sound as if something was stuck at the bottom, which made it seem old or broken. On the positive side, the design of the hotel building was beautiful, the breafast was ok and the staff were very kind. However, the access to the hotel was poor, with insufficient lighting on the road leading to it, and it's quite far from other attractions. For your information, I checked in at 6 p.m., so I believe the staff should have inspected the room beforehand to ensure everything was in proper condition. This room is also not the basic category so I’m really dissapointed about the facilities of the room. Sorry that I didn’t have the photo for the proof because I’m too tired and just want to take a rest, but this is really my personal experience.

Saya pernah membaca ulasan tentang ada bau yang tidak nyaman di kamar mandi/toilet, seperti bau dari saluran pembuangan, memang benar ada tetapi Anda dapat menghilangkannya dengan menyiram toilet yang banyak, kemudian jangan lupa untuk selalu menutup cover closet/toilet dan menutup pintu kamar mandi, terutama jika akan ditinggal pergi/keluar kamar (mungkin bisa jadi masukan untuk hotelnya), selebihnya semuanya nyaman. Staff siap mengantar Anda keluar/keliling hotel menggunakan transportasi hotel.

Phòng không có wifi tức vãi. Nhân viên lễ tân thấy có vẻ hơi hời hợt. Nt cho fanpage cả ngày trời mới trả lời. Đồ ăn không hợp khẩu vị mình cho lắm. Khách sạn view rất đẹp

Here for honeymoon, my husband and I had a great cute welcome cake from the manager of Movenpick. Really love the ambiance at the hotel, such as modern and classic in one place.

The hotel design is like a castle and has a very large area. The staff is very nice and helpful. The villa is super clean and has a coffee maker, too. It's really nice to spend the night here.

Beautiful resort, staff yang ramah walau banyak kurang mengerti bahasa Inggris namun menggunakan Google Translator. Makanannya enak, kamarnya bersih dan tertata rapi. Resort serasa tinggal di kastil kerajaan. Fasilitas lengkap, anak-anak juga bisa bermain di virtual reality mesinnya. Menginap bersama keluarga semalam rasanya tak cukup, pasti akan kembali lagi.

Shower kamar mandi airnya kecil. Selebihnya menyenangkan.
