Amazing staff, especially Tracey.

Wow what a transformation Imperial Hotel has had. So impressive love the new design of the hotel it is so modern and so bright. So comfortable the new beds, fab decoration in the room, so clean, amazing shower and a huge HD interactive television. Also loved the Welsh cakes, cans of Welsh water, Welsh coffee and quality tea selection. As usual the staff are amazing especially the receptionist. We will definitely stay again.

An amazing, clean hotel in the charming seaside town of Tenby. It was absolutely worth paying extra for the sea view. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure guests had a wonderful stay. I truly loved this hotel and will definitely return to Tenby – and to this hotel as well.

We had a lovely time at the imperial hotel Staff were lovely, Room was great especially with sea view Awesome, Food was lush. We celebrated Margret's 60th birthday there and she couldn't be happier. Would we go again Most definitely. Many thanks to the staff for making it so special.

We stayed here from 23/2/2026 to 26/2/2026. We had a top floor room with a sea view. The room was very clean and tidy along with the on suite, very nice indeed. It was very quiet had all the usual amenities like a kettle, tv, safe, and hair drier. It was great having blackout curtains it made the room pitch black with the lights of so we had great nights sleep.The hotel is in a great place as it’s only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tenby and a 5 minute walk from the beach, they had the Hotel Renovated and it’s very nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful so it makes for a relaxing stay.

Had a spontaneous 2-night stay. Excellent location, warm welcome, room was clean and more than adequate, bathroom felt new, good heating system, Welsh cakes on arrival to room, good rates, sea view. Sash window was a little noisy through the night, but in fairness it was probably the strongest wind I have experienced, so that is not a complaint at all. I will definitely book again.

Excellent stay. Room was wonderful, small but perfect for me as I was on my own. Great view of the sea. Centrally located. Loved staying here.

The Imperial was beautiful and so welcoming. Staff seemed genuinely glad to see his, whatever time we're saw them and whatever we asked from them. The attention to detail was evident including really quirky and interesting artwork throughout. We will definitely be back.

Our room was spotless, the Welsh cakes and bottles of water, sachets of hot drinks were a welcoming touch.
