Very pleasant and friendly. Value for money.

It was conveniently located but were only guest rooms that are rented out. It contained no hotel facilities and there were no one to receive us on arrival as no reception is at the facility. Rooms were clean but not fully serviced as expected. It has enough plugs for cell phones etc that were a bonus. Rooms have a nice seaview.

Very basic. Water leaking from guest room above, hole in ceiling and bucket. Entrance not finished. Sink / cupboards chipped. No view from bottom room. Back windows to neighbors backyard. Very basic neighborhood. New fence across the road, probably for new / extension of existing security complex. Still reasonably clean, did not smell. Car parked in front of room, did not feel unsafe. On balance appeared comparatively expensive for the setup.
