Excellent customer service. Special thanks to 大山英雄，野口亮二。大山 is a language genius, speaks English, mandarin and a bit of Cantonese. Both are very enthusiastic to help and make life easier for us. Wonderful people, and among the best I have ever seen.

New hotel, staff are really good and enthusiasm, feeling happy. There are many options for breakfast taste good. Free parking and welcome drinks. Rent is very economical.

服務態度好，有免費泊車位，適合自駕遊住宿。周邊有很多餐廳，在酒店內可以拿取餐廳資訊和地圖，十分方便。

1. 飯店很新，房間寬敞。 2. 免費停車位多。 3. 櫃檯推薦的森山烤肉，非常的好吃，住戶每個人有一杯免費飲料。 4. 周圍環境清幽，但是離柳川有段距離。 5. 日式早餐，可以品嚐各地的特色食物。 6. 一樓提供免費的咖啡和果汁。 7. 服務非常有禮。

櫃檯很客氣，用中文說辛苦了，可以洗衣服，早餐也很豐盛，退房還有拿國旗出來送客，很棒。

自駕遊到此十分方便 去柳川景點大約15 分鐘 以此價錢cp 值十分高 房間很大舒適寧靜。早餐十分地道 很好味 所有職員態度親切有禮

好耐都冇試過係日本遇到咁友善的接待，reception 英文不錯，晚上回酒店時佢地仲送左2隻紙鶴俾我地，好有心思 房間很大，早餐都幾好味，推介～

酒店有基本基本酒店應有設施，設施新淨。但酒店員工十分親切、有禮、好學。可見是有心經營酒店。如果下次有機再來會再來。

Room is clean and all staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good as well.

Free parking, good location for driving to different area.
