Quiet and clean

After staying at this hotel, I developed many red itchy bumps on my skin, which makes me feel that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. I was very uncomfortable during my stay. In addition, I don’t think the pricing was fair. The listing stated that the charge for each dog should be £10 per night, but I was charged £20 per dog.

The Hotel is in a beautiful location, close to central Fort William. Twin room size was a bit small, but clean enough in room and ensuite. However, we also had another room for my elderly mum and we requested an access room of which was big. But, the bathroom was not clean. There was rust on the rails and mould on tile grouting. Also, there was no seat for the bath, having a seat over the tub is the most important equipment for access room. Without a seat over the bath you can't advertise as an access room. Otherwise, stay was pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast staff was nice and buffet options was good.

The staff were nice enough. The room had a lovely view of the loch. No soaps in the toilet and while clean, it was in need of updating. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Lovely modern (guessing newly decorated/refurbished) clean room. Not huge, but enough for the 2 of us, table and chairs to sit at the window (our had a view of the loch, so very nice). We took the breakfast option and it had all we needed. Buffet style, cereals, toast fresh juice, cooked food (eggs, sausages, black pudding, beans eggs ), fresh fruit and yogurt then hot drinks. Like everywhere, you know what suits you and what doesn’t, for us this ticked all the boxes - double room with bathroom / shower, clean, quiet and a price that’s affordable. Thank you.

Personnel agréable, chambre propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien. Sur les 3 barmans 1 était très bien ( un t’es jeune qui parlait quelques mots en français) il a été compréhensif avec la barrière de la langue. Les 2 autres n’étaient pas compréhensifs du fait que nos demandes n’étaient pas parfaites. Sinon le personnel en salle était très bien et de bonne humeur. Bonne animation au bar avec les personnes qui venaient chanter.

The staff were all excellent, helpful, kind and friendly. I would compare this hotel room with a travel lodge but with a restaurant and breakfast attached to it. I had a nicer room for less money in the same week. I guess prices have escalated. Well done staff! You made it worth while.

Staff were very pleasant, the room was spotless, only stayed one night so didn't get to use all the facilities. Breakfast was okay, good choice and breakfast staff very polite and friendly

It’s okay to stay one night. It’s hard to find the place at night because GPS doesn’t recognize the location.

Scrambled eggs were a touch watery. Tomatoes were just slightly warm. Could of had some well done fried eggs displayed First day pastries ran out

The hotel is a bit out of Fort William so you do need to drive in for dinner etc. The staff were very friendly. The room had clearly been updated nicely recently. The corridors were obviously yet to be done. The bar had very little character, i personally preferred to find somewhere a bit more atmospheric selling a wider selection of local drinks. Breakfast was good with a good selection of cold and hot foods. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as we weren't very inspired by the menu. The room was pretty small as a triple room but we werent staying long so it was manageable. Overall it was good value for the money but a little uninspiring.

Breakfast was nice , male staff particularly rude & unfriendly maybe would benefit from some additional training, canned Guinness is a no no too particular when you have a tap on the bar top !!!
