環境清靜，職員服務態度非常好；早餐和晚餐好精緻味道好好！有獨立風呂正！

服务很好，地址稍偏，好在有摆渡车接送，但是游客自己出行比较不方便。餐饮和温泉都不错。房间很大很舒适。

We have a great time there. Place is nice. Food is delicious. Staff is very helpful. The family onsen is terrific. We will come again definitely.

Excellent hotel and the price is fair. Staff can speak English, the view is great, they offer private onsen for free (subject to availability), which not many hotels will offer. They also offer shuttle to travel between Yufuin station and hotel for free.

The western style onsen resort is beautiful. The environment is relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

酒店職員非常親切好客，雖然酒店看上去有點舊，但環境清潔、溫馨，酒店早餐很精緻美味。如果是自駕遊會方便一些。

The hotel staff was very friendly and positive. They were keen on providing assistance to all the requests that I raised. The hotel is situated rather far from the business district of the town. Visitors with car would be convenient to reach the the town centre for shopping and catering. I would stay again the hotel if I revisit Yufuin.

Very spacious room with a comfy bad. There’s one public bath and 3 private bath surrounded by woods! I had great time enjoying hot spring there! The staffs are both fluent in English and very helpful! The breakfast next day was delicious! I’d like to bring my friend or family to this hotel in the future!

早餐￥2000+稅, 不要錯過, 超級好味, 服務一等一, 服務員眉精眼企. 全酒店各處都很美, 也可作背景留影, 是遠離繁囂, 洗滌身心的好地方.

私人風呂一絕，有3個可用。酒店職員極友善，設施齊全，定必再去！環境優美，自駕一流，附近有金鱗湖等等景點，駕駛10分鐘即到。
